Abstract

Prestasi Belajar merupakan hal yang penting dalam mengetahui dan mengukur keberhasilan peserta didik dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor serta disposisi perilaku seperti self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Self efficacy merupakan keyakinan diri yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dimiliki. Sedangkan motivasi berprestasi adalah dorongan dan upaya peserta didik dalam mencapai prestasi belajar setinggi-tingginya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 243 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Bandung tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebagai sample penelitian. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dan path analisis dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar. Serta hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa self efficacy memengaruhi prestasi belajar, namun motivasi berprestasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapakan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam pembuatan program untuk pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling di bidang belajar agar dapat membantu peserta didik mencapai prestasi yang optimal. ---------- Academic achievement is an important aspect in figuring out and measuring the success of learners in learning process. Academic achievement is influenced by several factors and behavioral dispositions such as students' self efficacy and students' achievement motivation. Self efficacy is defined as students' confidence in completing tasks and responsibilities that they hold. Meanwhile, achievement motivation refers to students' encouragement and effort to achieve the highest academic achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on students'academic achievements. As samples, this study employed 243 eleventh graders in SMA 6 Bandung in 2014/2015 academicyear. The method used in this research is the correlation and path analysis with quantitative methods. The results revealed that there was influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation toward students' academic achievement. Besides, the results also showed that self efficacy influences student achievement, but achievement motivation did not affect the academic achievement. The rsults from this study is expected to be used as a foundation in desigining program in Guidance and counselingservices in pedagogic realm in order to help students to achieve their optimal performance.
