Abstract
Bunga Meila (1104435), “Pengaruh Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten”. Permasalahan yang dikaji didalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya disiplin kerja karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan menurunnya tingkat absensi dan tingkat keterlambatan karyawan yang cenderung tidak stabil.Fenomenatersebutharussegeraditanganikarenakaryawanmerupakansalahsatufaktor yang dapatmenentukankeberhasilansuatuperusahaan. Efektivitas kepemimpinan dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkandisiplin kerja karyawan. Penelitianini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas kepemimpinan dan gambaran disiplin kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten,sertauntuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 260 orang dan responden berjumlah 79 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan memilikipengaruhyang signifikanterhadap disiplin kerja karyawan dengan tingkatkorelasi sebesar 23,1%sedangkan 76,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak penulis teliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja Bunga meila (1104435), “Influence the Effectiveness of Leadership to Discipline Work an Employee of PT. (Persero) a Distribution West Java and Banten”. Problems in research is the low discipline work employees in PT. PLN (Persero) a Distribution West Java and Banten. This marked by the drop in absenteeism the delay unstable. This phenomenon should be solved soon because employees is one of the factors that can determine the success of an enterprise. The effectiveness of leadership used as a way to gain the diciplines work employees. Research aims to understand the effectiveness leadership and level discipline work employees in PT. PLN (Persero) a distribution West Java and Banten, and to know the impact effectiveness of leadership to discipline work an employee of PT. PLN (persero) a distribution west java and banten.The object into a unit analysis in this research was an employee of PT. PLN (Persero) a distribution west java and banten. The method used are descriptive and verifikatif with a populations are 260 people and total respondents are 79 people. Technique the analysis used the correlation coefficient is pearson product moment and analysis of simple regression. The research results show that the effectiveness of leadership having influence a significant impact on of employee performance with the correlation of 23,1% while 76,9 %the rest of it was influenced by other non-researched factors.
