Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas teknik restrukturisasi kognitif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peserta didik yang memiliki resiliensi pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 40 orang (12,5%), pada kategori sedang sebanyak 244 orang (76,25%), dan pada kategori rendah sebanyak 36 orang (11,25%). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 43 Bandung (N=10) yang memiliki resiliensi rendah dan teridentifikasi pernah mengalami peristiwa kesulitan yang signifikan dalam hidupnya. Teknik restrukturisasi kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi peserta didik. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan seluruh aspek resiliensi peserta didik mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan setelah mendapatkan intervensi dalam setting konseling kelompok dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling, Jurusan Psikologi Pendidikan dan Bimbingan dan peneliti selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: resiliensi, teknik restrukturisasi kognitif. The research purpose to exmined effectiveness of cognitive restructuring techniques to increase the resilience of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 43 Bandung in Academic Year 2014/2015. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The method used is pre-experiment one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of research based on empirical findings resilience in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 43 Bandung AcademicYear 2014/2015 are on the low category. Results experiment it that shows students have high resilience of the category as many as 40 people (12.5%), in the category of being as much as 244 people (76.25%), and the low category as many as 36 people (11.25%). Subjects were students of class VIII SMPN 43 Bandung (N = 10) who have low resilience and never experienced the events identified significant difficulties in his life. Cognitive restructuring techniques effectively to improve the resilience of learners. hypothesis testing showed all aspects of resilience learners increased significantly after getting intervention in the setting of group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques. The recommendation of experiment Research recommend ations addressed to counseling and guidance teachers, the major of education Psychology and Guidance and next researcher.
