Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena maraknya tindak kekerasan yang dilakukan remaja khususnya peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Karakteristik perilaku agresif yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah perilaku agresif fisik, verbal, kemarahan, dan permusuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran profil perilaku agresif peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Pasundan 3 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 dan implikasinya bagi layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas VIII SMP Pasundan 3 bandung tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) didapatkan peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori perilaku agresif tinggi dengan persentase pencapaian sebesar 15,6%, peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori perilaku agresif sedang dengan persentase pencapaian sebesar 69%, gambaran perilaku agresif peserta didik kelas VIII termasuk pada kategori sedang, artinya peserta didik cenderung melakukan tindak kekerasan verbal seperti berkata kasar, mencemooh, menghujat baik teman sebaya maupun orang dewasa, dan membangkang apa yang diperintahkan; (2) rancangan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling berfokus pada pengembangan indikator yang didalamnya mengungkap perilaku agresif peserta didik. Rekomendasi penelitian ditunjukkan kepada guru pembimbing (konselor), yaitu mengembangkan perilaku non-agresif yaitu dengan menyalurkan minat dan bakat siswa pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ada; dan peneliti selanjutnya yaitu mengaplikasikan program yang sudah dibuat peneliti --------- This research is motivated phenomenon of widespread acts of violence committed in particular adolescent learners Junior High School. Aggressive behavior characteristics that are the focus of this study is the physical aggressive behavior, verbal, anger, and hostility. The purpose of this study is to obtain a profile picture of the aggressive behavior of students in class VIII Pasundan 3 Bandung 2014/2015 and the implications for basic guidance and counseling services. The approach used in this research is quantitative, the method used is descriptive method. The population was Class VIII students of SMP Pasundan 3 Bandung 2014/2015. The results showed: (1) obtained learners are included in the category of high aggressive behavior with the achievement percentage of 15.6%, learners are included in the category of aggressive behavior with the percentage achieved was 69%, the image of the aggressive behavior of learners including the class VIII medium category, meaning that students tend to commit acts of violence such as verbal rant, jeering, blaspheming both peers and adults, and defied what was ordered; (2) a draft basic guidance and counseling services focused on the development of indicators that includes exposing the aggressive behavior of learners. Research recommendations presented to the supervising teacher (counselor), which is developing a non-aggressive behavior is to channel the interests and talents of students in extracurricular activities; and further research is applied research program that has been created.
