Abstract
Kondisi saat ini menunjukkan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan ICT (Information and Comunication Technology) dalam pembelajaran dilingkungan sekolah, salah satu penyebabnya adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman guru-guru disekolah tentang ICT (Information and Comunication and Technology). Rendahnya kompetensi pemanfataan terhadap ICT di SMK Negeri Jurusan Otomotif Bandung salah satunya karena kurang pelatihan dan pendidikan tentang pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis IT dan kurangnyanya fasilitas yang menunjang disekolah. Walaupun pendidikan dan pelatihan terkadang diadakan kurangnya antusias guru-guru untuk mengembangkan kompetensiya dalam pemanfaatan ICT.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data secara jelas dan aktual mengenai gambaran pengaruh Pemanfaatan ICT dalam Pembelajaran Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta ditunjang dengan studi kepustakaan, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMK Negeri Jurusan Otomotif Bandung sebanyak 173 guru dari 503 guru yang menggunakan rumus dalam menghitung sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan person product moment.Perhitungan dari keseluruhan hasil jawaban responden pada variabel X (Pemanfaatan ICT dalam Pembelajaran) di SMK Negeri Jurusan Otomotif Pada Kota Bandung ini termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Pada Variabel X (Pemanfaatan ICT dalam Pembelajaran) terdiri dari 3 dimensi yang terdiri kompetensi dasar, kompetensi menengah dan kompetensi lanjutan.Sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan pada variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru) di SMK Negeri Jurusan Otomotif Pada Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Pada Variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru) terdiri dari 3 dimensi yaitu merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, melaksanakan hasil pembelajaran dan mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi non parametrik dari variabel X terhadap variabel Y dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sangat rendah. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi penelitian ini, pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran hanya berpengaruh sangat rendah dalam kinerja mengajar guru, dari 100% hanya 1% pengaruh dari pemanfaatan ICT terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dan 99% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu supervisi, motivasi, kompensasi, iklim dan lain-lainya. Current condition shows ineffective utilization of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in learning within school environment, one of the causes is teachers’ lack of understanding about the ICT (Information and Communication Technology). The lack of competence in using ICT in vocational school majoring in automotive in Bandung are caused by the lack of training and education on the development of IT-based teaching materials and small number of supporting facilities at school. Even though sometimes the training and education is held, teachers’ lack of enthusiasm in developing their competence is becoming the main internal problem. The objective of this research is to obtain clear and actual data about the influence of ICT utilization in teaching and learning process on teachers’ performance in teaching. This research employed descriptive method with quantitative approach and supported by literature study. The population in this study is the teachers of vocational school automotive major with a sample of 173 teachers of total 503 teachers with using sample calculation formula. This research employed person (pearson?) product moment as its data collection technique. The calculation of the overall results of respondents on variable X (ICT utilization in teaching and learning process) in the vocational school majoring in automotive is included in very good category. Variable X (ICT utilization in teaching and learning process) consists of three dimensions which are basic competence, intermediate competence and advance competence. While the calculation results of variable Y (Teachers’ teaching performance) in vocational school majoring in automotive in Bandung is also included in very good category. Variable Y (Teachers’ teaching performance) also consists of three dimensions which are plan learning activities, implement learning activities and evaluate the results of learning activities. Based on the results of non-parametric correlation coefficient calculation of variable X to variable Y, it can be concluded that the influence of ICT utilization in learning on teachers’ teaching performance is low. Based on this research coefficient of determination, the utilization of ICT in learning has a very low influence on teachers’ teaching performance, the utilization of ICT only affect 1% out of 100% on teachers’ performance in teaching and the other 99% is affected by other factors such as supervision, motivation, compensation, climate, and etc.
