Abstract

Penelitianinidilatarbelakangiolehadanyafenomenakurangnyakemampuanpenyesuaiansosialpesertadidik di sekolah.Pesertadidikdengankemampuanpenyesuaiansosial yang baik (well-adjustment) dapatmeminimalisirmasalah yang timbul, seperti tidak dapat melakukan penyesuaian, melanggar norma, melakukan penyimpangan. Pesertadidikdengankemampuanpenyesuaiansosial yang baikdapat mencapai perkembangan secara optimal, baikperkembanganfisik, sosial, emosi, dan moral.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahdiperolehnyagambaran program bimbinganpribadi-sosial yang dapatmengembangkanpenyesuaiansosialpesertadidikkelas X. Penelitianmenggunakanmetodedeskriptif, denganmenggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif.Instrumendalampenelitianiniialahangketpenyesuaiansosialpesertadidik.Subjekpenelitianadalahpesertadidikkelas X SMAN 1 MargahayuTahunAjaran 2014-2015 yang diambildenganteknik simple random sampling.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukanbahwa : (1) secaraumumpenyesuaiansosialpesertadidikberadapadakategorisedang, (2) tingkatketercapaianaspek-aspekpenyesuaiansosialberadapadapersentasedibawah 63%, (3) program bimbinganpribadi-sosialdapatdigunakanuntukmengembangkanpenyesuaiansosialpesertadidik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomedasi yang ditujukan bagi : (1) guru bimbingan dan konseling, (2) pihak sekolah, (3) penelitian selanjutnya. Kata Kunci : program bimbinganpribadi-sosial, penyesuaiansosial This research is based on phenomena of less competences sosial adjustment the students at school. The students with well-adjustment can minimize the problems, such as cannot adjusted, wracked the school’s rule, maladjustment, can not fulfill of needs, ect. That, the student who havesosial adjustment can reach the development optimally, a good physic development, sosial, emotional and moral. The goal of the research is get the visible image of guidance program personal social that can develop of sosial adjustment the students X grade. The research used the descriptive method, by using quantitative approach. The instrument of research is instrument of sosial adjustment the students. The subject of research is the students of X grade SMAN 1 Margahayu 2014/2015, take by simple random sampling technique. The output of the research are : 1) generally the developing sosial adjustment on the middle category, 2) the rank of developing sosial adjustment on the enough category, 3) the program of developing sosial adjustment can used to the development of sosial adjustment the students. The research recommended for : 1) the teacher of guidance and counseling, 2) to the school, 3) the other researcher. Keyword : the program of social personal, social adjustment.
