Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor.Metode yang digunakanyaituquasiexperimental design (Nonequivalent Control Group Design).Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes tertulis, lembar observasi dan lembar angket. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar untuk ranah kognitif, lembar observasi untuk ranah psikomotor dan afektif siswa dan lembar angket untuk mengetahui cocok atau tidaknya model pembelajaran PBLditerapkan. Subyek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas X TPHP SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan sebanyak 68 siswa. Subyek penelitian terbagi menjadi 2 kelas yaitu X TPHP 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 34 dan X TPHP 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 34. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dengan menerapkan model PBL memiliki nilai rata-rata yang telah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu sebesar 75,10 dengan indeks peningkatan hasil belajarN-Gain 0,58 atau berkategori sedang. Aktivitasbelajarsiswamenggunakan model pembelajaranPBLsudahsesuaidengankarakteristik model PBL. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkanbahwapenerapan model pembelajaranPBLmampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa padamatapelajaranKeamanan Pangandengankompetensidasarmenganalisis bahaya dan titik kritis dalam pengolahan hasil pertanian dan perikanan di SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan dengan signifikan. Kata Kunci: PBL,Keamanan Pangan, HACCP, HasilBelajar This study aims to determine students learning outcomes by implementing learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL) on the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain. The method used is a quasi experimental design (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). The research instrument used was a written test instruments, observation and questionnaire sheet. This research is doing by using test results for cognitive learning, observation sheet for psychomotor and students affectiveness and sheet questionnaire to determine whether or not match this PBL learning model applied. Furhtermore this research subjects were all students of X (ten) TPHP class SMK 1 Kuningan many as 68 students. Research subjects are divided into two classes, there are X TPHP 1 as the control class, the number of students are 34 and X TPHP 2 as an experimental class with amounted 34 students. The results indicated that the experimental class learning outcomes by implementing PBL models have average values which have met the criteria minimum completeness (KKM) in the amount of 75.10 with an index increase learning outcomes N-Gain 0,58 or medium category. Student learning activities by using PBL learning model had accordance with the characteristics of PBL models. It was concluded that the application of PBL learning model can improve student learning outcomes in subjects with basic competencies Food Safety analyzing hazards and critical points in the processing of agricultural and fishery products in SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan significantly.
