Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profit Margin, Assets Turnover dan Leverage terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate. Variabel yang digunakan adalah profit margin, assets turnover dan leverage sebagai variable independen dan sustainable growth rate sebagai variable dependen. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan profit margin yang diproksikan oleh Net Profit Margin (NPM), assets turnover yang diproksikan oleh Total Assets Turnover (TATO), leverage yang diproksikan oleh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) perusahaan sektor jasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2012. Data diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Berdasarkan uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi tidak ditemukan adanya variabel yang menyimpang dari asumsi klasik. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profit margin berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainable growth rate, assets turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainable growth rate, dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainable growth rate. Kata Kunci: Profit Margin, NPM, Assets Turnover, TATO, Leverage, DER, dan Sustainable Growth Rate This study aimed to determine the effect Profit Margin, Assets Turnover and Leverage of the Sustainable Growth Rate. Variable used is the profit margin, asset turnover and leverage as the independent variable and sustainable growth rate as the dependent variable. This study also aims to describe the profit margin is proxied by net profit margin (NPM), asset turnover proxied by Total Assets Turnover (TATO), the leverage which is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) companies services sector. This research was conducted in the service sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 period. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and using the t-statistic to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially. Previously performed classical assumption that includes test data normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Based on test data normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test did not reveal any variables that deviate from the classical assumption. The results showed that the profit margin positive effect on the sustainable growth rate, asset turnover positive influence on the sustainable growth rate, and leverage positive influence on the sustainable growth rate.
