Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak pembelajaran pendidikan kesehatan melalui penerapan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman pola hidup sehat siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan rancangan penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin, penelitian terdiri atas beberapa tahapan, yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jadimulya Jalan Serba Guna Rt.04 Rw.02 No.290 Kabupaten Cirebon. Dengan subjek penelitian kelas 5B yang berjumlah 32 Siswa. Proses penelitian dibagi menjadi dua siklus yang terdiri atas empat tindakan. Setiap tindakan menggunakan berbagai video pendidikan kesehatan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi dan kuisioner. Kemudian semua data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pola hidup sehat siswa. Hal itu dapat diketahui dari jumah hasil penelitian yaitu 71,875 % Kata kunci: Penerapan Media Audio Visual, Pemahaman Pola Hidup Sehat. The aim of this study was intended to determine the impact of health education learning through the implementation of audio visual towards the understanding of students’ healthy lifestyle. This study was implemented according to Kurt Lewin’s framework. This study consisted of several steps, as followed: (1) action planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This study was implemented in Jadimulya Elementary School which was located in Jalan Serba Guna RT. 04 RW. 02 District of Cirebon. The population of this study was 32 fifth grade elementary school students. The process of this study was divided into two cycles which was consisted of four action research. Each of action research used several video of health education. Observation sheet and questionnaire were used to collect the data. Then, all of the gathered data was analyzed using percentage technique. The result of the study showed that the use of audio visual was enable to enhance the understanding of students’ healthy lifestyle. It was showed by the result of the study which was 71.875 %.
