Abstract
This research was motivated by the autonomy which is one of the developmental tasks that must be possessed by every individual, and the role of parents in making parenting that can affect the level of autonomy of the individual itself. The purpose of this research is to identify the general description of the autonomy of learners based on the type of parenting parents felt. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, the study was conducted among students of class XI MA Al Inayah Bandung 2014-2015 school year, with a total population of 117 people. To determine differences in the level of autonomy of each parenting perceived the researchers used a comparative technique one way ANOVA and post hoc analysis showed the results, there are differences in the autonomy of learners who feel authoritative parenting with learners who feel the authoritarian parenting, with sig. 0.029. Type of authoritative parenting style has a different type of autonomy with indulgent permissive parenting, with sig. 0.048. Type of authoritative parenting has the distinction of autonomy with the type of permissive parenting indifferent, with sig. 0.000. Meanwhile types of Authoritarian parenting has no significant difference with the type of autonomy that the permissive indulgent parenting, because a significant value 1.000> 0.05. However, the type of Authoritarian parenting has significant autonomy difference with the type of permissive parenting indifferent to the value of sig. 0041. Indulgent and permissive parenting has significant autonomy difference with the type of permissive parenting indifferent, with sig. 0.041. Key word: autonomy of learner, parenting of parents Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemandirian yang merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu, dan peran serta orang tua dalam melakukan pengasuhan yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kemandirian dari individu tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui gambaran umum kemandirian peserta didik berdasarkan jenis pola asuh orang tua yang dirasakannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas XI MA Al Inayah Bandung Tahun ajaran 2014-2015, dengan jumlah populasi 117 orang. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kemandirian dari setiap pola asuh yang dirasakan maka peneliti menggunakan teknik komparasi one way anova, dan analisis post hoc menunjukkan hasil, terdapat perbedaan kemandirian peserta didik yang merasakan pengasuhan authoritative dengan peserta didik yang merasakan pengasuhan authoritarian, dengan nilai sig. 0,029. Tipe pola asuh authoritative memiliki perbedaan kemandirian dengan tipe pola asuh permissive indulgent, dengan nilai sig. 0,048. Tipe pola asuh authoritative memiliki perbedaan kemandirian dengan tipe pola asuh permissive indifferent, dengan nilai sig. 0.000. Sementara itu tipe pola asuh authoritarian tidak memiliki perbedaan kemandirian yang signifikan dengan tipe pola asuh permissive indulgent, karena nilai signifikan 1.000 > 0.05. Namun, tipe pola asuh authoritarian memiliki perbedaan kemandirian yang signifikan dengan tipe pola asuh permissive indifferent dengan nilai sig. 0.041. Dan pola asuh permissive indulgent memiliki perbedaan kemandirian yang signifikan dengan tipe pola asuh permissive indifferent, dengan nilai sig. 0.041.
