Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap budgetary slack dengan variabel moderating asimetris informasi di Pemerintah Kabupaten Subang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah staf/pegawai yang terlibat dalam proses penyusunan anggaran. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi dengan pendekatan Nilai Selisih Mutlak untuk menguji variabel moderasi asimetris informasi. Yang kemudian hipotesis ini diuji menggunakan T-test dengan IBM SPSS 20 for windows. Pada tingkat signifikansi 0.05 dan uji 2 pihak menunjukan hasil nilai Thitung sebesar 3,334 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan Ttabel diketahui nilainya adalah 2,000. Sehingga nilai Thitung 3,334 > Ttabel 2,000 dan besarnya p-value 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,005 yang berarti H01 ditolak. Dengan perkataan lain bahwa partisipasi anggaran (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budgetary slack (Y). Untuk hasil pengujian statistik hipotesis kedua, pada tingkat signifikansi 0.05 dan uji 2 pihak menunjukan hasil nilai Thitung sebesar 2,418 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan Ttabel diketahui nilainya 2,000. Dengan demikian H02 ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap budgetary slack (senjangan anggaran) dimoderasi oleh asimetris informasi. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Anggaran, Budgetary Slack, Asimetris Informasi. This study aimed to determine the effect of budget participation on budgetary slack with moderating variables asymmetric information in Subang Regency Government. Respondents in this study were the staff / employees involved in the budgeting process. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis and regression analysis with Absolute Difference Value approach to test the moderating variable asymmetric information. These hypotheses are then tested using a t-test with IBM SPSS 20 for windows. At the 0.05 significance level and test 2 shows the results T value of 3.334 with a significance of 0.001. While T known value is 2.000. So the value of T 3,334 > 2,000 T and magnitude of p-value less than 0.005 0.001 which means the alternative hypothesis (Ha1) previously filed acceptable and reject H01. So based on the outcome of these tests, it can be concluded that the budgetary participation (X1) positive and significant impact on the budgetary slack (Y). For the second hypothesis statistical tests, the significance level of 0.05 and test 2 shows the results T value of 2.418 with a significance of 0.000. While the known value T 2,000. That means H02 rejected. It can be concluded that, the effect of budget participation on budgetary slack moderated by asymmetric information.
