Abstract

MUHAMMAD ASRI, Pemanfaatan Hasil Pelatihan Keterampilan Dan Peran Pendamping Dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Usaha (Studi Pada Program Desa Vokasi Di Desa Cisaat Kecamatan Ciater Kabupaten Subang Provinsi Jawa Barat). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya program pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Vokasi yang dilaksanakan di Desa Cisaat Kecamatan Ciater Kabupaten Subang Provinsi Jawa Barat oleh PP-PAUDNI Regional I Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk menggambarkan pemanfaatan hasil pelatihan keterampilan, mendeskripsikan peran pendamping dan menunjukkan dampak pemanfaatan hasil pelatihan dalam kegiatan usaha kelompok Desa Vokasi.Teori yang mendasari pada penelitian ini diantaranya: teori pelatihan, teori peran pendamping, teori kemandirian usaha dan teori Desa Vokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah tiga orang sebagai subjek primer yang berasal dari kelompok usaha Desa Vokasi dan triangulasi dari pihak informan yang berasal dari pendamping dan penyelenggara. Prosedur penelitian yang ditempuh adalah pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: 1) bahwa warga kelompok usaha Desa Vokasi mampu memanfaatkan hasil pelatihan keterampilan dengan baik. 2) peran pendamping sebagai fasilitator, motivator dan katalisator sangat membantu dan memudahkan warga kelompok usaha Desa Vokasi dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan usaha yang dirintisnya. 3) hasil pelatihan keterampilan berdampak terhadap kemandirian usaha, peningkatan pendapatan dan peningkatan status sosial warga kelompok usaha Desa Vokasi. MUHAMMAD ASRI, Utilization of Training Skills Complementary Role In Enhancing Self-Reliance Enterprises (Studies in Rural Vocational Education Program In the village Cisaat Ciater District of Subang district of West Java Province). This research is motivated by the village community empowerment program held in the village of Vocational Cisaat Ciater District of Subang district of West Java province by PP-PAUDNI Regional I Bandung. The purpose of this study to describe the utilization of skills training, describing the role of companion and show the impact of the utilization of the results of training in business activity that underlies Vokasi.Teori village group in this study include: training theory, the theory of the role of facilitator, business independence theory and the theory of Vocational Village. This study used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation study. Subjects numbered three people as the primary subject of which is derived from business groups Rural Vocational and triangulation of the informants come from facilitators and organizers. Research procedures adopted were data collection, data presentation, verification and conclusion. Based on data analysis and discussion of the results obtained conclusions: 1) that the residents of the Village business group capable of utilizing vocational skills training with good results. 2) the role of chaperone as facilitator, motivator and catalyst are very helpful and facilitate the residents of the Village business group in promoting and developing vocational he started the business. 3) the results of self-reliance skills training impact on businesses, income generation and improvement of social status of citizens of Vocational Village business group.
