Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan fisik, perubahan psikis, dan mengalami perubahan sosial yang berpengaruh pada siswa sehingga kurang mampu berinteraksi dengan orang lain akibat dari perubahan fisik dan psikis yang dialaminya karena secara umum tidak sama dengan orang lain. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri sangat berpengaruh bagi perkembangan pribadi, sosial, dan belajar seorang siswa. Konsep diri mempunyai peranan penting dalam menentukan perilaku individu. Karena itu diperlukan upaya bantuan untuk membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan konsep diri siswa dengan teknik sosiodrama. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan konsep diri siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 15 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian yang memperoleh intervensi sebanyak 20 orang peserta didik yang memiliki konsep diri positif dan konsep diri negatif berdasarkan hasil pretest. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada aspek konsep diri yaitu aspek fisik, aspek psikis dan aspek sosial. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan statistik uji Paired Samples t Test dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara umum konsep diri siswa berada pada kategori konsep diri positif. Intervensi Bimbingan Kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif dalam meningkatkan konsep diri, terlihat peningkatan skor konsep diri yang signifikan pada hasil posttest. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada guru BK dan peneliti selanjutnya. The research is motivated by the physical growth, mental changes, and social changes that affect the students so less able to interact with others as a result of physical and psychological changes that happened since the general is not the same as others. This phenomenon shows that the concept of self is very influential for the development of personal, social, and learning a student. Self-concept has an important role in determining individual behavior. It is therefore necessary relief effort to assist students in improving students' self-concept with Sociodrama Techniques. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the sociodrama technique to improve self-concept Class X student of SMAN 15 Bandung in Academic Year 2014/2015. The research method uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. Research subjects that received the intervention were 20 people learners who have a positive self-concept and negative self-concept based on the pretest. The research instrument used refers to the aspect of self-concept, namely the physical, psychological aspects and social aspects. Hypothesis testing is done using a statistical test of Paired Samples t test with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on the results of research known general concept of self-esteem is in the category of positive self-concept. Guidance intervention group with sociodramas technique is effective in improving self-concept, self-concept scores visible increase significantly at posttest results. This research is recommended for guidance and counseling teacher and the other researcher.
