Abstract
Banyak cara yang dilakukan manusia sebagai mahluk sosial dalam mempertahankan kehidupannya, seperti yang dilakukan oleh sebagian kecil warga masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat, khususnya yang berada di Desa Citatah Kampung Margaluyu Mekar RT.03 RW.17 Kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat, berupaya menciptakan peluang usaha dengan membuat kerajian kriya mainan mobil-mobilan yang terbuat dari hasil kayu. Penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih jauh mengenai hasil produksi yang memiliki nilai kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian deskripsi dengan cara melakukan pendekatan kuanitatif. Sumber data yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perajin kriya mainan mobil-mobilan kayu. Teknis pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, pengolahan data dan studi kepustakaan. Penulis dalam melakukan Penelitian ini berpedoman pada rumusan masalah yaitu: 1). alat dan bahan apa saja yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan mainan kayu?, 2). Bagaimana proses pembuatan mainan kayu?, 3). Bagaimana bentuk mainan kayu?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang: 1). Untuk mengetahui bahan dan alat yang digunakan dalam pembuatan mainan kayu; 2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembuatan mainan kayu; 3). Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana wujud visual dari mainan kayu yang terdapat di Kampung Margaluyu Mekar RT.03 RW.17 Desa Citatah Kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan di Kampung Margaluyu Mekar Desa Citatah Kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kriya mainan, yang merupakan hasil karya dan cipta warga masyarakat Kampung Margaluyu Mekar RT.03 RW.17 Desa Citatah Kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat Memiliki variasi bentuk mainan mobil-mobilan sehingga menghasilkan daya tarik tersendiri dan mampu bersaing dengan produk modern. Maka dari itu kita sebagai generasi muda harus menjaga dan mengembangkan hasil karya bangsa. Many ways in which human beings as social creatures in sustaining life, as is done by a small fraction of people who live in the District Cipatat West Bandung regency, which is located on the outskirts especially highway Bandung - Cianjur. Seeing the development of the number of passing vehicles is increasing, either by four-wheeled vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles. Moving on from the fact that residents of Kampung Desa Citatah Margaluyu Mekar RT.03 RW.17 District Cipatat West Bandung regency, seeks to create business opportunities by making craft craft toy made of timber. Authors interested to study more about the products that have a competitive value. The method used in this study the research description by way do quantitative approach, which aims to be able to present information that is more complete and more useful. Source of data sampled in this study were artisans craft toys. Technical Data collection is by through interviews, direct observation, data processing and study of literature. Author in this study was based on the formulation of the problem, namely: 1) tools and materials what is being done in the manufacture of wooden toys? 2) How is the process of making wooden toys? 3) How is the form of wooden toys ?. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of : 1) To know the materials and tools used in the manufacture of wooden toys. 2) To find out how the process of making wooden toys. 3) To know how is the visual manifestation of wooden toys which are in bloom RT.03 RW.17 Kampung Margaluyu Desa Citatah West Bandung District Cipatat Based on the results of data processing research that has been conducted in Kampung Margaluyu Mekar Desa Citatah District Cipatat West Bandung regency, then obtained the conclusion that the craft toy, which is the result of copyrighted works and residents of Kampung Margaluyu Mekar RT.03 RW.17 Regency Village District Cipatat Citatah West Bandung Having shape variations of toys with various colorful ornaments paint to produce its own charm and is able to be competitive with modern products. However, there are some drawbacks of the results of their craft, one that does not use paint Indonesian National Standard. Therefore we as human beings are amid the development of modern technology more quickly, should remain able to maintain the results of the culture of the nation.
