Abstract

Dago merupakan kawasan yang cukup pesat dalam hal pembangunan dan perkembangannya, selain berdiri beberapa institusi, Dago juga menjadi salah satu kawasan wisata favorit dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Beberapa cafe dan hotel berbintang berdiri di Dago, hal tersebut memberikan dampak negatif maupun postif bagi masyarakat Dago. Dampak negatif akan terasa langsung oleh masyarakat lokal, seperti yang kita tahu bahwa masyarakat lokal merupakan aspek terpenting dalam pembangunan dalam suatu kawasan yang sedang mengalami pembangunan. Di beberapa kasus masyarakat lokal sering mengalami faham selisih dengan pihak pengelola, karena merasa haknya diabaikan. Salah satunya adalah masyarakat lokal Dago Pojok. Hilangnya humanitas, kepedulian akan lingkungan sosial budaya di Dago Pojok menjadi latar belakang terbentuknya Komunitas Taboo sebagai penggagas Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok. Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok mampu menerapkan beberapa subsektor industri kreatif yang diharapkan mampu memberikan perubahan pada arah yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peranan industri kreatif terhadap kondisi sosial budaya di Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok, sehingga diharapkan Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok dapat dijadikan kampung percontohan untuk dikembangkan industri kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan cara penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dan narasumber dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat lokal Dago Pojok. Hasil peneitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya perbaikan kondisi sosial budaya sesudah adanya Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa industri kreatif berperan terhadap perbaikan kondisi sosial budaya. Saran untuk pihak pengelola untuk menambah sub sektor industri kreatif dan saran untuk pemerintah mampu menjadikan Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok, kampung percontohan dalam perbaikan kondisi sosial budaya melalui industri kreatif. Dago is a quite rapidly growing are in its building and development. Besides from being the location of some institutions, Dago also becomes on of the favourite tourism resorts for tourists to visit. Some cafes and star hotels have been established in Dago, impacting both negatively and positively Dago people. Some negative impact would be felt directly by local people. As we know, local people are the most importance aspect in building a developing area. In some cases, local people are often disagreement with organizers, because they perceive that their right is ignored. One of such people is Dago Pojok local people. The loss of humanity and concern of social cultural environment in Dago Pojok is the background of the establishment of Taboo Community as the mastermind of Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok. Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok has been capable of applying several creative industry subsectors than can expectedly lead to changes for better. The research purpose was to observe the influence of creative industry on the social cultural in Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok, in the hope that Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok can be employed as a role model for developing a creative industry. The research used a descriptive method by using questionnaire and interview. The population and source persons of the research were the local people of Dago Pojok. The research findings revealed that there was improvement in social cultural conditionafter the establishment of Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok. It indicated that creative industry played a role in improving social cultural condition. Suggested here was that the organizer should to add creative industry sub sector and the government should be able to make Kampung Wisata Dago Pojok as a role model village in improving social cultural condition through creative industry.
