Abstract
Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah pengaruh bimbingan guru pamong dan motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL terhadap pemahaman kompetensi guru kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan yang diberikan guru pamong pada praktikan PPL terhadap penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL terhadap penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan dan mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan guru pamong dan motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL terhadap penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendeketan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling jenis sampling jenuh, sebanyak 32 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bimbingan yang diberikan guru pamong kepada praktikan selama PPL termasuk ke dalam kategori sering, kemudian motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi, dan penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan praktikan selama PPL termasuk ke dalam kategori sering. Pengaruh yang diberikan bimbingan guru pamong terhadap penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan sebesar 30%. Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL terhadap penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan sebesar 25,3%. Pengaruh bimbingan guru pamong dan motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL terhadap penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan secara simultan sebesar 47,1%. Hasil penelitian mengandung implikasi jika semakin baik bimbingan yang diberikan guru pamong dan motivasi berprestasi praktikan PPL maka akan semakin baik pula penerapan kompetensi guru kejuruan praktikan PPL. The problems of this study was the effect of the guidance teacher tutors and achievement motivation practitioner PPL to the understanding of vocational teacher competence. This study aims to determine the effect of the teacher's guidance on practitioner PPL officials on the implementation of a vocational teacher competence, achievement motivation practitioner determines the effect of the application of the competency of teachers PPL vocational guidance and determine the influence of the teacher tutors and achievement motivation practitioner PPL towards the implementation of a vocational teacher competence. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique using the technique of sampling saturated nonprobability sampling, a total of 32 respondents. The results showed that the guidance given to the practitioner teacher for PPL officials fall into the category often, then the practitioner achievement motivation PPL included into high category, and the implementation of a vocational teacher competence practitioner for PPL fall into the category often. Given the influence of the teacher tutor guidance on the application of vocational competence of teachers by 30%. PPL practitioner influence of achievement motivation towards the implementation of a vocational teacher competence by 25.3%. Effect of guidance teacher tutors and achievement motivation practitioner PPL towards the implementation of a vocational teacher competence simultaneously by 47.1%. Implications if the research results, the better the guidance provided by the teacher tutors and achievement motivation practitioner PPL will be better the implementation of a vocational teacher competence of practitioner PPL.
