Abstract

Fenomena novel yang difilmkan menimbulkan adanya perbedaan tanggapan mengenai kedua karya tersebut. Perbedaan tanggapan ini dapat dikatakan sebagai wujud kemacetan komunikasi sastra. Kemacetan komunikasi sastra dapat terjadi karena setiap pengarang memiliki dunia sendiri dalam menghasilkan karya sastranya, begitu juga dengan sutradara sebagai orang yang menciptakan film. Dengan keadaan demikian, akan terdapat tanggapan pada dua sisi yang berbeda yaitu pembaca dan penonton. Pembaca novel mengenali maksud pengarang melalui isi cerita novel secara keseluruhan, sedangkan penonton mengenali maksud pengarang melalui daya simaknya terhadap film. Untuk itu, diperlukan adanya perbandingan terhadap novel dan film dari segi struktur dan kode-kode semiotik agar mengetahui interpretasi makna di antara keduanya. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka dirumuskan permasalahannya sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimanakah struktur novel dan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa? 2) Adakah perbedaan kode-kode semiotik antara novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa dan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa? 3) Bagaimanakah penyajian bahan ajar teks alih wahana untuk SMA dari hasil penelitian ini? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh deskripsi struktur novel dan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa, mengetahui perbedaan wujud kode-kode semiotik antara novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa dengan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa, dan memperoleh deskripsi bahan ajar teks alih wahana untuk SMA dari hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis komparatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik catat dan rekaman. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tabel kutipan novel, kartu data film, dan tabel analisis perbandingan. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa karya Hanum Salsabiela dan Rangga Almahendra dan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa part 1 dan part 2 karya Guntur Soeharjanto. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan fakta-fakta cerita berupa alur dan pengaluran, tokoh dan penokohan, latar, dan sudut pandang penutur antara novel dan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. Adanya perbedaan fakta-fakta cerita itu memunculkan lima kode modus transaksi amanat Barthes yang berbeda juga antara novel dan film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. Dalam novel, terdapat modus transaksi amanat berjumlah 77 data, sedangkan modus transaksi amanat dalam film berjumlah 40 data. Semua data yang didapat tersebut tersebar pada setiap isi cerita baik dalam novel maupun film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. Dengan adanya hasil perbandingan novel dengan film sesuai untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar teks alih wahana di SMA khususnya pada materi pengayaan tentang ekranisasi. Bahan ajar ini telah disesuaikan dengan psikologi perkembangan peserta didik usia remaja di SMA. Penulis berharap ada penelitian lanjutan yang lebih spesifik tentang kajian bandingan novel dengan film menggunakan teori kajian yang menarikdan dengan teknik analisis yang lebih mendalam untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian yang sempurna. Phenomenon of film that adapted from novels of two literary output gave differences statment. The differences in statment can be regarded as a breakdown in communication. Literary communication breakdowns can occur because each author has his own world in producing literary ouput, as well as with the director as the person who created the film. Under the circumstances, there will be two differences respon from readers and viewers. Readers recognize the intention of the author of the novel through the contents of the novel as a whole, while the audience recognize the author's intention through what are they seen on film. It is necessary a comparison between novel and the film in terms of structures and semiotic codes in order to determine the interpretation of the meaning both of them. Based on the the background above, the writer was formulated the problem as follows: 1) how is the structure of the novel and the movies of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa?2) what is the differences between the semiotic codes novels 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa and the movies of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa? 3) how is the presentation of teaching materials in high school over the text of the results of this study? The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the novel structure and the movies of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa, knowing the difference form semiotic codes between the novels of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa and movies of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa, also to obtain a text description of the teaching materials for sma from the result of the research.The research using descriptive method of comparative analysis. Collecting data in this study was done by using notes and recordings. The data of analysis techniques using a novel excerpt table, movie data card, and comparative analysis tables. The resources of the research is a novels of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra and moviesof 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa part 1 and part 2 by Guntur Soeharjanto. The results of the study found a differences in the facts of the story in the form of a plot, character and characterization, background, speakers and a point of view through the novel and the movies of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. The differences in the facts found five story mode of barthes code different mandate transactions also between the novel and the movies 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. In the novel, there are 77 a transaction mode mandate data, while in movie mode mandate of the transaction amounts to 40 data. All the data spread on every story content in both the novel and the movies 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. The comparison result of a novel and films can be used as teaching material in high school text, especially on the material enrichment of ekranisasi. This teaching material has been adapted to the psychology of adolescence development of learners in high school. The writer hopes there are further more specific research on comparative study of the novel to the film using an intersting method, objects, and more depth analysis techniques to get the perfect study.
