Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar, kompetensi guru, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, (2) Pengaruh motivasi belajar, kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, dan efektivitas pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan lulusan SMK. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional eksplanatory. Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru-guru Program Studi Akuntansi, Pemasaran, dan Perkantoran, pada tiga SMK Negeri dan enam SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 238 orang. Seluruh anggota populasi menjadi anggota sampel penelitian (sampel jenuh). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis dan interpretasi hasil pengolahan data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) motivasi belajar, kompetensi guru/instruktur, dan fasilitas pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran program PSG, (2) motivasi belajar, kompetensi guru/instruktur, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan efektivitas pembelajaran program PSG berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan kerja lulusan SMK. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian; (1) masih perlu upaya guru untuk meningkatkan perhatian peserta didik dalam belajar (2) sejalan dengan dinamika proses pembelajaran, guru harus terus meningkatkan penguasaan materi pembelajaran (3) pengelolaan fasilitas pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah khususnya harus lebih baik, (4) efektivitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran program PSG, secara terstandar harus mencerminkan keterpaduan antara proses pembelajaran dan prakerin (5) Tujuan pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sosial-kultural harus dikembangkan dalam rangka menghasilkan lulusan SMK yang berkemampuan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kata kunci: efektivitas pembelajaran PSG, fasiltas pembelajaran, kemampuan kerja lulusan SMK, kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar. The objective of this research is to know; (1) the effect of learning motivation, teacher competence, and learning facilities on learning effectiveness, (2) the effect of learning motivation, teacher competence, learning facilities, and learning effectiveness on capability performance of vocational high schools (VHSs) graduates. This research uses quantitative approach with correlational method. The design of this research is descriptive and verification. The population of this research is 238 teachers in Accounting, Marketing, and Office Management in 3 State VHSs and 6 Private VHSs. The whole population becomes samples (saturated sampling). The questionnaire is used to collect data. The analysis and interpretation of data processing is using the descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The analysis shows that: (1) Learning motivation of students, teacher and instructor competencies, and learning facilities have a positive influence on effectiveness of learning process of dual-system; (2) Learning motivation of students, teacher and instructor competencies, learning facilities, and effectiveness of learning process of dual-system program directly and indirectly have a positive influence on capability performance of VHS graduates. The recommendations of this research are: (1) it is necessary for teacher to improve the attention of students in learning, (2) it is necessary for teachers to improve their mastery of teaching-learning, (3) it is necessary to manage the learning facilities in better way, (4) integrated learning must be improved more to achieve the learning effectiveness, and (5) the social-cultural life must be developed to produce the graduates who have relevant competence to the community needs.
