Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari rumusan masalah yaitu (1) Intensitas komunikasi di RA Dr. Setia Budhi Bandung?, (2) Bagaimana Kinerja Tutor di RA DR. Setia Budhi Bandung?, (3) Bagaimana minat orang tua dalam menyekolahkan anak di RA DR. Setia Budhi Bandung?, (4) Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan intensitas komunikasi dan kinerja tutor terhadap minat dan orang tua menyekolahkan anak di RA DR. Setia Budhi Bandung baik secara simultan maupun parsial?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui intensitas komunikasi di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung,(2) untuk mengetahui kinerja tutor di di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung (3) untuk mengetahui minat orang dalam menyekolahkan anak di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, serta ingin (4) mengetahui pengaruh signifikan intensitas komunikasi dan kinerja tutor terhadap minat orang tua menyekolahkan anak di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung.Konsep dan teori yang dikaji dalam penelitian terdiri dari konsep pendidikan luar sekolah, konsep pendidikan anak usia dini, konsep komunikasi, konsep kinerja tutor, konsep motivasi dan minat. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukann bahwa menggunakan metode survey, dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik angket, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah oranag tua yang menyekolhkan anak di di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) intensitas yang dilaukan oleh orang tua dan tutor setiap harinya sangat tingggi, (2) kinerja yang dilkukan dalam setiap proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan yang melibatkan orang tuapun sangat tinggi, (3) minat para orang tua dala menyekolhkan anakpun di di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung sanggat tinggi sehingga orang tua kembali menyekolhkan anak mereka di lembaga tersebut. (4) pengaruh signifikan intensitas dan kinerja tutor terhadap minat orang tua menyekolahkan anak di di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, yang dinyatakan R bahwa intensitas komunikasi (X1), kinerja tutor (X2), dan minat orang tua menyekolahkan anak (Y) di RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung sebesar 99,4% dan sisanya dipengarui faktor lain. This study departs from the formulation of the problem, namely (1) The intensity of communication in RA Dr. Setia Budhi Bandung ?, (2) How to Tutor Performance in RA DR. Setia Budhi Bandung ?, (3) How is the interest of parents in educating children in RA DR. Setia Budhi Bandung ?, (4) Is there a significant influence intensity of communication and performance of tutor to the interests and the parents send children in RA DR. Setia Budhi Bandung either simultaneously or partial ?. The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the intensity of communication in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, (2) to determine the performance of tutors in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung (3) to determine the interest in educating children in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, as well as wanted (4) determine the significant influence the intensity of communication and performance of tutor to the interests of parents to send children in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung. Concepts and theories that were examined in the study consisted of the concept of school education, the concept of early childhood education, communication concept, the concept of the performance of tutors, the concept of motivation and interest. Based on the research shows that using a survey method with cross-sectional study. Data were collected through questionnaires technique, the population of this study is oranag parents who send children in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, with a sample of 60 people. Based on the study be concluded as follows: (1) the intensity dilaukan by parents and tutors every day is very strong, (2) performance dilkukan in any learning process and activities involving parents is very high, (3) the interest of the parents dala menyekolhkan children in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung so strong that parents send their children back at the agency. (4) significant influence of intensity and performance of tutor to the interest of parents sending their children to RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung, R stated that the intensity of communication (X1), the performance of tutors (X2), and the interests of parents to send children (Y) in RA DR Setia Budhi Bandung was 99.4% and the rest is affected other factors.
