Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa dalam kegiatan kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari kegiatan berkelompok yang masih saja didominasi oleh siswa yang unggul, dimana terlihat jelas bahwa siswa aktif akan semakin aktif dan siswa pasif akan semakin pasif. Aktivitas siswa ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, dimana hasil belajar siswa yang kurang aktif akan mempengaruhi atau belum memenuhi nilai KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa-siswa kelas IV di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung dan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada satu kelas dengan jumlah siswa 36 orang, namun aktivitas belajar siswa terfokus kepada 8 siswa yang dikategorikan yang memiliki aktivitas belajarnya kurang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa dengan penerapan cooperative learning tipe STAD sudah meningkat. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa yang hanya mencapai 15% dan pada siklus II aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan hingga mencapai 62,5%. Aktivitas belajar siswa juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Pada siklus I rata- rata hasil belajar siswa hanya 60 dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 82,5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran koperatif dengan metode STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajarnya. Semakin meningkat aktivitas belajar siswa, akan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya juga. This study was motivated by the low activity of students in group activities. It is shown from group activities are still dominated by students who excel, where it is clear that active students will be more active and passive students will be more passive. The student activity greatly affect the outcome of learning, where learning outcomes of students who are less active will affect or not meet the KKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning activities of fourth grade students in one elementary school in the city of Bandung and its influence on learning outcomes. This study uses descriptive classroom action research. Collecting data through interviews, observation and evaluation. The study was conducted on a class with a number of students 36 people, but the students' learning activities focused on the eight students who were categorized as having less learning activity. The results showed that the students' learning activities with the implementation of cooperative learning STAD type has increased. In the first cycle of activity of students who only reached 15% and in the second cycle of learning activities of students has increased to reach 62.5%. Student learning activities also affect learning outcomes. In the first cycle the average student learning outcomes is only 60 and the second cycle increased to 82.5. Based on these results it can be concluded that cooperative learning STAD method can improve students' learning activities that affect the study results. Increasing student learning activities, will improve learning outcomes as well
