Abstract
Gejala variasi bahasa yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial berdasarkan usia dan penggunaan tingkat tutur ditemukan di beberapa daerah. Salah satunya diperkirakan terjadi di Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten. Fenomena kebahasaan tersebut dapat dikaji dengan ilmu sosiodialektologi. Daerah pengamatan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Desa Waringinkurung, Desa Sukabares, Desa Sukadalem, Desa Binangun, Desa Cokopsulanjana, Desa Melati, dan Desa Sambilawang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan bahasa Jawa dialek Banten yang digunakan oleh penutur dan penduduk asli di Kecamatan Waringinkurung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan (1) perbedaan bahasa yang terjadi di Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten berdasarkan perbedaan fonologi, morfologi, dan leksikal; (2) variasi bahasa Jawa dialek Banten di Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten berdasarkan usia dan tingkat tutur; (3) persentase kekerabatan variasi bahasa Jawa dialek Banten di Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten berdasarkan perhitungan dialektometri; dan (4) kontribusi variasi bahasa Jawa dialek Banten terhadap pengembangan leksikon bahasa Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sosiodialektologi, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan teknik (1) observasi; (2) wawancara; (3) pengisian daftar tanyaan; dan (4) pencatatan dan perekaman. Adapun hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) berdasarkan deskripsi perbedaan dialek, bahasa Jawa dialek Banten di Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten ditemukan perbedaan fonologi berjumlah 116 berian, perbedaan morfologi berjumlah 30 berian, dan perbedaan leksikal berjumlah 140 berian; (2) berdasarkan variasi menggunakan variabel usia dan tingkat tutur, gejala variasi yang terdapat di Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten ditemukan gejala pengadaan tingkat tutur bebasan dan penjadian tingkat tutur standar oleh penutur usia muda; (3) berdasarkan penghitungan dialektometri, diperoleh tingkat kekerabatan bahasa yang antardesanya tergolong perbedaan dialek dan perbedaan bahasa; dan (4) terdapat 12 dari 200 leksikon berdasarkan daftar tanyaan, yang telah masuk ke dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian tersebut menjawab dugaan peneliti tentang adanya perbedaan atau variasi yang terjadi di Kecamatan Waringinkurung. Symptoms of language variations are influenced by social factors based on age and the use of speech level found in some areas. One of them is expected to occur in the District Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten. The linguistic phenomena can be studied by science sociodialectology. Observation in this study area includes the Waringinkurung Village, Sukabares Village, Sukadalem Village, Binangun Village, Cokopsulanjana Village, Melati Village, and Sambilawang Village. The object of this research is speech Javanese dialect Banten used by speakers and natives in District Waringinkurung. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe (1) the language differences that occurred in the District Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten based differences in phonology, morphology, and lexical; (2) variations in Javanese dialect Banten in District Waringinkurung Banten, Serang, Banten based on age and level of speech; (3) the percentage of variation of the Javanese dialect Banten kinship in District Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten based calculation dialectometry; and (4) the contribution of variation Javanese dialect Banten against Indonesian development lexicon. The approach used in this study is sociodialectology, whereas the method used is descriptive method qualitative. In the data collection techniques used (1) observation; (2) interview; (3) filling the list of questions; and (4) writing and recording. The findings of this study were (1) based on a description of differences in dialect, the Javanese dialect Banten in the District Waringinkurung Banten, Serang, found differences amounted to 116 granting of phonological, morphological differences amounted to 30 granting of, and amounted to 140 granting of lexical differences; (2) by using a variation of the variables of age and degree of speech, symptoms of which there are variations in the District Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten found the procurement of speech level bebasan symptoms and formation speech level standard by speaking a young age; (3) based on the calculation dialectometry, obtained the degree of kinship classified every village are language dialect differences and language differences; and (4) there are 12 of 200 lexicon based on a list of questions, which have entered into Indonesian dictionary. Results of these studies to answer allegations of investigators about the existence of differences or variations occur in District Waringinkurung.
