Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap produktifitas kerja guru PAI di MTs Se KKM 1 Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan pula untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap produktifitas kerja guru PAI di MTs Se KKM 1 Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Se KKM dengan metoda sensus dimana sampel yang digunakan sejumlah populasi yaitu 30 orang kepala sekolah dan 35 orang guru PAI. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara dan observasi langsung serta menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai variabel bebas, variabel produktifitas kerja guru PAI di MTs Se KKM 1 Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung berfungsi sebagai variabel terikat. Adapun untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi sederhana, dan korelasi. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa gambaran supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Untuk iklim sekolah berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, dan untuk produktiftas kerja guru PAI berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Selain itu dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja guru PAI signifikan 2) Iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja guru PAI signifikan 3) Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah dan iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja guru PAI secara signifikan. This study aims to describe the academic supervision of the school principal and school climate toward work productivity PAI teacher at MTs Se KKM 1 Ciparay Bandung regency. In addition this study also aims to determine how much influence the academic supervision of the school principal and school climate toward work productivity PAI teacher at MTs Se KKM 1 Ciparay Bandung regency.This study was conducted in MTs Se KKM with census method which used a population sample of 30 principals and 35 teachers PAI. The data collection techniques conducted through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation and using descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach.Variables examined in this study is the variable of academic supervision principals and school climate that serves as the independent variable, the variable productivity PAI teacher at MTs Se KKM 1 Ciparay Bandung District serves as the dependent variable. As for hypothesis testing used analysis simple regression, and correlation.Results of processing and data analysis in this study it can be concluded that the description of the principal academic supervision is at a fairly high. For school climate is at a fairly high, and for teachers working produktiftas PAI is at a fairly high. In addition, from the results of the processing and data analysis in this study resulted in the following conclusions: 1) academic supervision principals effect on work productivity of teachers PAI significantly 2) school climate affects the productivity of teachers PAI significantly by. 3) Academic Supervision Principals and school climate affects the productivity of teachers PAI significantly.
