Abstract

Perlintasan kereta api merupakan perpotongan antara jalur kereta api dan jalan raya. Keberadaan perlintasan sangat menjadi kebutuhan bagi pengendara yang ingin melintas. Namun keberadaannya terkadang menimbulkan kecelakaan manakala perlintasan sebidang yang tidak dilengkapi dengan palang pintu, sehingga pengendara tidak mengetahui secara pasti kereta yang akan lewat. Seperti yang terjadi di perlintasan jalan Ciharashas Desa Cilame Kecamatan Ngamprah Kabupaten Bandung Barat, kondisi perlintasan jalur ganda (double track) tanpa palang pintu, walaupun sudah dijaga warga setempat, namun rasa was-was pengendara tetap ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan frekuensi perjalanan kereta dan volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata dalam satu hari, untuk dijadikan bahan penentuan perlintasan di lokasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penulis mencatat jumlah kendaraan dan kereta yang melintas di lokasi studi. Hasil penelitian di lokasi studi mengenai frekuensi perjalanan kereta hari Sabtu 67 kereta ; Minggu 64 kereta; Senin 66 kereta; Selasa 65 kereta; Rabu 66 kereta; Kamis 65 kereta; dan Jumat 68 kereta. Untuk LHR kendaraan, Senin:7859 SMP/hari; Minggu 6795 SMP/hari; Senin 8116 SMP/hari; Selasa 6481 SMP/hari; Rabu 6941 SMP/hari; Kamis 4117 SMP/hari; dan Jumat 6727 SMP/hari. Hasil analisis mengenai penentuan perlintasan melalui grafik menurut Peraturan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Darat No:SK.770/KA.401/DRJD/2005 dengan mengplot frekuensi kereta dan LHR didapatkan hasil “Perlintasan tidak sebidang”. Hasil penentuan perlintasan tersebut dapat dijadikan usulan/gagasan dalam melakukan studi kelayakan lingkungan dan finansial, jika proyek pembangunan perlintasan siap untuk dilaksanakan. Railroad crossings is the intersection between the railway and highway. The existence of crossings so become a necessity for riders who want to pass. But its existence sometimes cause accidents when the crossings were not equipped with the latch, so that the rider does not know for sure the train will pass. As happened at the crossroads village Ciharashas Cilame Ngamprah District of West Bandung regency, condition of crossing double track without a doorstop (palang pintu), despite being guarded local residents, but the anxiety riders remain. The purpose of this study was to obtain the frequency of train travel and daily traffic volume on average in one day, to be used as the determination of the crossing at that location. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The authors note the number of vehicles and a train passing in the study area. The results of research in the study area regarding the frequency of the train journey on Saturday 67 trains; Sunday 64 trains; Monday 66 trains; Tuesday 65 trains; Wednesday 66 trains; Thursday 65 trains; and Friday 68 trains. To LHR vehicle Monday: 7859 SMP / day; Sunday 6795 SMP / day; Monday 8116 SMP / day; Tuesday 6481 SMP / day; Wednesday 6941 SMP / day; Thursday 4117 SMP / day; and Friday 6727 SMP / day. Results of the analysis of the determination of crossings through the graph by the Director-General of Land Transportation Regulation No: SK.770 / KA.401 / DRJD / 2005 with mengplot frequency of trains and LHR showed "non-level crossings". Results of the determination of the crossing can be made proposals / ideas in conducting feasibility studies and financial environment, if the trajectory of development projects ready to be implemented.
