Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan atas upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan, perusahaan mengharuskan agar dapat menjaga keberadaan sumber daya manusia dengan mengefektifkan potensi dan mengefisienkan sumber daya manusia yang telah dimilikinya, dimana salah satu kebijakan yaitu dengan disiplin kerja. Agar pada karyawan bekerja secara maksimal didalam lingkungan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan dan gambaran tingkat kinerja karyawan serta seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perum BULOG Sub Divre Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 36 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T-test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perum BULOG Sub Divre Cianjur, hal tersebut telah dibuktikan secara perhitungan statistik, dengan tingkat korelasi berada pada 0,755 yang berarti klasifikasi tinggi. Adapun saran dari peneliti untuk kemajuan lembaga yang diteliti adalah pimpinan diharapkan lebih menciptakan pembinaan disiplin secara terus menerus. The backdrop of this research was based on efforts to improve the performance of employees, the company requires maintaining the existence of human resources by streamlining the potential and the human resources that has been owned, which one of the policy is to work discipline. In order for the employees to work optimally within the corporate environment. The purpose of this study was to overview the level of employees discipline level and employees performance level and how much it influences the level of work discipline on the performance of employees in Perum BULOG Sub Divre Cianjur. This research used descriptive and verification method with a population of 36 respondents. The analysis technique used was the coefficient correlation Pearson product moment and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used was T-test. The result of this study was that there were positive and significant influences between employees discipline to employees performance in Perum BULOG Sub Divre Cianjur, it has been proven statistical calculations, the degree of correlation is at 0.755 which means a high classification. As for the suggestion by the researcher to the progress of the institution, the leadership is expected to create coaching discipline continuously.
