Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keingintahuan peneliti terhadap keefektifan model induktif kata bergambar yang diaplikasikan ke dalam pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan keefektifan model induktif kata bergambar dalam pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan deskriptif; dan mengetahui respons peserta didik terhadap model induktif kata bergambar yang diaplikasikan ke pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Berdasarkan penghitungan uji hipotesis dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 58 diperoleh hasil t0 = 3,1 > t0,05 (58) = 2,0021 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya, model induktif kata bergambar efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan deskriptif. This research is encouraged by the curiosity of researcher on the effectiveness of the picture word inductive models that applicated in study of writing descriptive reaction text. This research aimed to prove the effectiveness ipicture word inductive models in study of writing desriptive reaction text; and determine the response of students after the implementation of the picture word inductive models in study of writing descriptive reaction text .The method which is used in this research is quasi experiment method with design pretest-posttet control group design. According on the calculation hypothesis test with 95% confidence level and degrees of freedom (df) = 58 retrieved results t0 = 3,1 > t0.05 (58) = 2,0021 and it can be concluded that Ha accepted and Ho rejected and that means, picture word inductive models is effective to be applicated in study of writing descriptive reaction text.
