Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Peranan Guru PAI Dalam Menghidupkan Suasana Keagamaan di Sekolah Menengah (studi deskriptif di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung )” di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung terdapat kegiatan keagamaan yang selalu rutin dilaksanakan oleh warga sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kehidupan beragama di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung dan bagaimana peranan guru PAI dalam menghidupkannya. Alasan melakukan penelitian ini untuk meneliti bagaimana peran guru PAI dalam menghidupkan suasana keagamaan di sekolah menengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik studi dokumentasi. Proses analisis data yang dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verification. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kehidupan beragama di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung terdapat nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam visi, terdapat upaya tenaga pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan guna menyatukan visi sekolah, terdapat kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, sikap warga sekolah yang merupakan implemetasi dari nilai kegamaan, terdapat hubungan/interkasi yang Islami, terdapat citra yang Islami. Adapun peranan guru PAI dalam menghidupkan suasana keagamaan di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung yaitu, guru PAI menjalankan perannya sebagai mu’allim, mursyid, danmuˈaddib. This undergraduate thesis is titled “The Role of Islamic Education Teacher in Reviving Religious Life in Secondary School (A Descriptive Study of SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung)”. There are religious activities routinely held in SMA (Senior Secondary School) Pasundan 2 Bandung. Therefore, the research aims to describe the religious life in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung and now Islamic education teachers play their roles in reviving it. The research wa conducted in order to partially fulfill the requirements to obtain a bachelr’s degree in the study program of Islamic Education Science, Departement of General Basic Course in the Faculty of Social Science Education, Indonesia university of Education. The method adopted in this research wash descriptive with qualitative approach. Meanwhile, data were collected using the techniques of observation, interview, and documentary analysis. The data were then analyzed though data reduction, data display, and verification. The results reveal that the religious life in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung is reflected in the religious values as contained in the school’s vision. There are efforts made by educators in cultivating religious values in order to unite the school under the same vision. The religious life is also reflected in religiuous values, Islamic interaction/relationship, and Islamic images. In addition, the roles served by teacher of Islamic education in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung are as mu’allim, mursyid, and mu’addib.
