Abstract
Masyarakat masih banyak menganggap bahwa anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak penyandang cacat sehingga cenderung dilakukan pemisahan dalam beberapa bidang seperti pendidikan, sosial dan ekonomi. Sehingga timbullah konsep pendidikan inklusi dengan prinsip menerima semua siswa untuk ikut belajar dan mempunyai kesempatan yang sama berprestasi di sekolah serta semua anak dapat belajar bersama tanpa memandang kesulitan dan perbedaan. Hal ini menjadikan adanya hubungan sosial antara siswa ABK dengan siswa non-ABK di SD Negeri 1-2 Gegerkalong Girang. Sekolah ini merupakan sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hubungan sosial siswa ABK dengan siswa Non-ABK berdasarkan teori interaksionisme simbolik. Penelitian ini menngunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deksriptif yang dimaksudkan untuk eksplorasi dan klarifikasi fenomena atau kenyataan sosial, yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan adanya hubungan sosial yang terjadi di dalam dan di luar kelas. Yaitu, siswa non-ABK berperan sebagai tutor sebaya yang mampu memberikan motivasi, arahan dan ajakan kepada siswa ABK untuk mengikuti kegiatan sekolah dan menjadi bagian dari sekolah. Adapun perilaku agresif dan apatis siswa ABK terjadi karena hambatan pada siswa ABK yang belum merasa menjadi bagian dari lingkungan sekolah. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah karena siswa ABK apatis dengan keadaan sekitarnya, kurangnya jumlah guru pendamping dan penyediaan alat praga untuk kegiatan belajar kurang. Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah menyediakan volunteer guru pendamping, penggunaan metode diskusi dan cooperative antar siswa dan kerjasama guru dan guru pendamping dalam membimbing siswa ABK. Most people in Society still assume that special need children similar with physical defect children, so that they are separated from normal students in several sectors, such as in education, social and economy. But nowadays there is an inclusive education program which receives all students and treat them equally. They are accepted to participate in learning activity in the school, every student can learn together without discerning difficulty and difference. One of the schools that holds the inclusive education program is SDN 1-2 Gegerkalong Girang Bandung. In this school, the special need students and the non special need students make a social networking. Based on that, the purpose of the research is to describe social networking between special need students and non-special need students based on symbolic interactionism theory.This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive method which is meant to explore and clarify about the phenomenon or social facts which are related with this research problems. The data is collected through interview, observation, documentation study and literature study.This research describes that there is a social networking which happens inside and outside the class. The non-special need students have a role as peers tutor who can give a motivation and direction to special needs students to participate in all of school activities and be the part of the school. There is aggressive behavior and apathetic of special need students occurs because of obstruction in special needs students which do not think be a part of that school yet. The obstruction which is faced is because of special need students aphetic about around of the school, less of quantity of associates teachers, and such of instrument for learning activities. Efforts to overcome the obstruction is by preparing volunteer of associates teachers, using a discussion method and cooperative learning activity between students, and cooperating between class teachers and associates teachers in guiding special needs students.
