Abstract
Disiplin kerja merupakan suatu sikap dan perilaku mentaati segala peraturan yang didasarkan atas kesadaran diri untuk menyesuaikan dengan peraturan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh spiritual leadership kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyyah (MTs) se-Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran umum disiplin kerja guru di MTs se-Kota Sukabumi berada pada kategori tinggi. Spiritual leadership kepala sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi, dan motivasi kerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Adapun koefisien determinasi variabel spiritual leadership kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Besarnya pengaruh spiritual leadership kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Work discipline is an attitude and behavior to obey all regulations based on self-awareness to adapt with the rules of the organization. This research aims to describe and analyze the influence of the principal spiritual leadership and motivation towards teachers work discipline of Madrasah Tsanawiyyah (MTs) in Sukabumi. This study was conducted by using descriptive and associative method. Data collected by distributing the questionnaires and it analyzed by the descriptive statistics. The results show general overview of the teachers work discipline of Madrasah Tsanawiyyah (Mts) in Sukabumi is in high category. Principal spiritual leadership in high category.And motivation in high category.The coefficient of determination principal spiritual leadership has a significant influence with average category to teachers work decipline. The motivation has a significant influence with average category to teachers work discipline. The magnitude of the spiritual influence principal leadership and motivation towards teachers work discipline is in the middle category.
