Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya sikap kewirausahaan yang dimiliki mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FBEB) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan tahun 2012, padahal lulusan sarjana muda FPEB dipersiapkan untuk bekerja dan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri (berwirausaha). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan intensi terhadap sikap kewirausahaan yang di miliki mahasiswa. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan tahun 2012. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatory. Jumlah sampel 210 orang mahasiswa yang diambil secara proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan tes pilihan ganda. Temuan penelitian, sebagai berikut: (1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan mahasiswa tergolong cukup, efikasi diri mahasiswa tergolong baik, intensi mahasiswa tergolong baik, dan sikap kewirausahaan mahasiswa tergolong tinggi, (2) pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi, (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi, (4) pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, dan (5) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, (6) intensi berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap kewirausahaan. Rekomendasi kepada Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UPI harus dapat memahami faktor-faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap kewirausahaan baik dari faktor pengetahuan, efikasi diri, intensi ataupun faktor-faktor lain yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, guna mendorong timbulnya sikap kewirausahaan mahasiswa. The problem in this research is the low-owned entrepreneurial behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education (FBEB) 2012 in Indonesian University of Education, whereas FPEB baccalaureate graduates are prepared to work and be able to create their own jobs (entrepreneurship). The aim of the study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and intention towards entrepreneurial behavior which is owned students. Subjects in the study were students of FPEB UPI 2012. The method used was survey explanatory. The numbers of samples taken 210 students are proportionate random sampling. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and multiple choice tests. The findings of the study, as follows: (1) knowledge of student entrepreneurship was quite, student self-efficacy was quite good, intention relatively good student, and entrepreneurial behavior of students was high, (2) knowledge of entrepreneurship had a positive effect on intention, (3) self-efficacy had a positive effect on intention, (4) knowledge of entrepreneurship had a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior, and (5) self-efficacy has positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior, (6) intention had a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Recommendation to the Faculty of Economics and Business Education UPI should be able to understand the factors that have an effect on entrepreneurial behavior better than a factor of knowledge, self-efficacy, intention or other factors suspected of having an effect on entrepreneurial behavior, in order to encourage entrepreneurial behavior of students.
