Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini diantaranya ingin mengetahui gambaran tentang motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi, mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi, dan Ingin mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan sebanyak 189 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik angket untuk variabel X (motivasi belajar) dan teknik dokumentasi untuk variabel Y (hasil belajar).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada diperoleh gambaran motivasi belajar termasuk pada kategori cukup baik, dan hasil belajar siswa juga termasuk pada kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan adalah cukup signifikan.Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar setiap stakeholder di dunia pendidikan, terutama bagi siswa, pendidik, dan orang tua siswa, agar dapat berperan aktif secara optimal dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya masalah peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan mendorong peran aktif orang tua dan guru, melalui penciptaan iklim belajar yang kondusif, memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru. The purpose in this study want to find of them on the motivation of class X student of SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan on the subjects of Economics, know the description of the results of class X student of SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan on economic subjects, and you want to know the effect of learning motivation towards outcome student learning in SMAN 1 Cikalongwetan on ekonomi.Metode research subjects used in this study is a survey research methods explanatory. The study population used in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan as many as 189 people. The instruments used in this research is by using the questionnaire technique for variable X (motivation to learn) and technical documentation for variable Y (learning outcomes) .Berdasarkan results obtained an overview of research on learning motivation included in the category quite well, and student learning outcomes are also included in either category. The results showed that the influence of motivation toward learning outcomes of students on economic subjects of class X SMA Negeri 1 Cikalongwetan is quite signifikan.Adapun implication of this research is that every stakeholder in education, especially for students, educators, and parents, in order to can be optimally active role in improving the quality of education, particularly the improvement of students' motivation to encourage the active participation of parents and teachers, through the creation of a conducive learning climate, improve and enhance the competence of teachers
