Abstract
Laba dan produktivitas usaha yang dilakukan pengusaha distro anggota komunitas KICK (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity) mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2010-2013. Permasalahan yang lain adalah semakin tingginya persaingan dalam industri fashion do Kota Bandung selain bersaing dengan sesama distro (Distribution Store) ada Factory Outlet (FO) dan Butik. Serta lemahnya Citra perusahaan dilihat dari merk. Para konsumen lebih percaya pada distro yang sudah lama berdiri dibandingkan distro yang baru berdiri. Penelitian ini disusun untuk memperoleh temuan mengenai 1) bagaimana keterampilan wirausaha pengusaha distro anggota komunitas KICK (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity), 2) bagaimana gambaran keberhasilan usaha distro anggota komunitas KICK (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity), 3) bagaimana pengaruh keterampilan wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah distro anggota komunitas KICK (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity) di Kota Bandung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah keterampilan wirausaha (X) dan variabel terikat adalah keberhasilan usaha (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripitif dan verifikatif, metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan tekhnik sampel jenuh dan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana, dengan alat bantu software computer SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menyatakan bahwa keterampilan wirausaha memiliki pengaruh sebesar 74,2% terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa keterampilan wirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Penulis merekomendasikan upaya yang harus dilakukan distro anggota komunitas KICK (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity) untuk mencapai keberhasilan usaha dengan memperhatikan keterampilan wirausaha yang dimiliki oleh distro dan memaksimalkannya agar berhasil dalam menjalankan usahanya. This research was compiled in order to obtain findings about how the entrepreneurial skills 1) entrepreneur community members KICK distro (KreativeIndependent Clothing Kommunity), 2) how business success image distro community members KICK (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity), 3) howthe entrepreneurial skills to influence the success of the effort. The object in this research are community members KICK distro (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity) in Bandung. Free variables in this study is the entrepreneurial skills (X) and business success is tied to a variable (Y). The type of research used are deskripitif and verifikatif, the method used was explanatory survey with the dwarf in the saturated sample and the number of respondents as many as 32 people. Engineering data analysis linear regression used is simple, with computer software tool SPSS 21.0 for windows. The results obtained in the study stated that the entrepreneurial skills of 74,2% had an influence on the success of the effort. From the results of research on hypothesis testing the entrepreneurial skills that canhave a positive influence on the success of the effort. The author recommends efforts to do community members KICK distro (Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity) to achieve business success with attention toentrepreneurial skills, owned by maximazed and distributions in order to be successful in running his business
