    Abstract

Tests and calculations in this study was to determine the effect of rainfall intensity and slope of the magnitude of soil erosion andosols. Location andosols soil used in this study were taken from the village Cikole District Lembang, West Bandung regency. The purpose of this study in order to determine the effect of various rainfall intensity and slope of the rate of soil erosion andosols and know which combinations of various rainfall intensity and slope are the most influence on the rate of soil erosion andosols. Testing was conducted on the test moisture content, density, bulk density, test sieve, hydrometer, permeability testing, organic matter content and soil erosion test consisting of laboratory testing and the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE). The results obtained in this study indicate showed that the intensity of rainfall and slope give effect to the value of soil erosion andosols, in which the slope is more influential factor than the intensity of the rain.
