Abstract

Kinerja suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan faktor penting untuk perkembangan usahannya. PT PLN (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang telah mengukur kinerja perusahaan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard sendiri merupakan sistem manajemen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja dengan memperhatikan keseimbangan antara sisi keuangan dan non keuangan. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar perspektif non keuangan (pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, proses bisnis internal dan pelanggan) serta implikasinya terhadap perspektif keuangan berdasarkan Balanced Scorecard pada PT PLN (Persero) tahun 2002-2013.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan eksplanasi kuantitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder. Data sekunder tersebut terdiri dari laporan tahunan dan laporan statistik PT PLN (Persero) yang diperoleh dari website perusahaan www.pln.co.id, serta literatur-literatur seperti jurnal, penelitian terdahulu, dan text book. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk analisis multivariat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 sampel. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antar perspektif non keuangan serta terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari perspektif non keuangan terhadap perspektif keuangan pada PT PLN (Persero). Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam pengaruh antara masing-masing kinerja non - keuangan dan kinerja keuangan. The works performance of the company or the organization is the main factor fo the bussiness improvement. The PLN (Persero) company is one of companies that use a meansurement with the balanced scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard is the sytem of mangement that used to measures of the performance which focus on the balanced of fiancial and non financal perspective. That is the purpose of this study are to develop the impact between non financial perspectives (learning dan growth, Internal Business Process and customer) to find the implication of non financial to financial perspective on Balanced Scorecard at PT PLN (Persero) from 2002-2013. The method of this study was quantitatively description and explanation method. Data resources of this study was a secondary data. The secondary data of this study consists of annual report and statistic report that could be obtained through companies website www.pln.co.id , and also from other litratures like journal, previous reserch, and text book. The Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square for Multivariate Analysis is employed for processing the data with the number of 120 samples.This study revealed that there were significant effect among non financial perspectives at PT PLN (Persero) and significant effect between non financial perspectives and financial perspective. The result of this research is useful to and be able to explore more deeply the relationship between each of the non-financial and the financial performance.
