Abstract

Kawasan Bandung Utara merupakan kawasan favorit bagi para wisatawan baik domestik maupun asing. Di sana terdapat banyak sekali tempat wisata dan tentunya ditunjang dengan berdirinya banyak restoran di sepanjang kawasan tersebut lebih specific yaitu Restoran khas sunda. Dengan banyak berdirinya jenis restoran tersebut, hal ini perlu dikaji restoran seperti apa yang memang dikatakan baik penurut para pengunjung terutama wisatawan asing sehingga dapat diketahui hal-hal apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki ataupun dipertahankan. Dalam hal ini, Restoran khas sunda yang ada akan dikaji berdasarkan faktor objek daya tarik wisata, produk makanan, pelayanan, sarana prasarana dan keamanan berdasarkan penilaian 100 wisatawan asing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa Restoran khas sunda. yang berada di kecamatan Parongpong dan Lembang dengan mengggunakan metoda deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa Restoran khas sunda yang baik adalah restoran yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan, ketenangan serta memberikan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga didapatkan relaksasi dalam rangka menghilangkan rasa letih setelah melakukan rangkaian kunjungan ke tempat lain yang melelahkan, restoran yang memberikan cita rasa makanan yang baik serta kekhasan menu etnik yang mereka tidak temukan di daerah asalnya, memberikan pelayanan yang baik serta ditunjang keramahan serta perhatian lebih dari pramusaji akan banyak disenangi oleh wisatawan asing, melakukan penataan interior dan eksterior yang sesuai dengan suasana dan lingkungan yang ada serta memberikan rasa aman terbaik ketika sedang berkunjung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis jenis objek daya tarik wisata (X1), produk makanan (X2), pelayanan (X3), sarana prasarana (X4), dan keamanan (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan asing ke Restoran khas sunda, baik secara parsial maupun secara keseluruhan. North Bandung is a favorite area for tourists both domestic and foreign. There are so many tourist attractions and of course supported by the establishment of the many restaurants along the more specific area ie Ethnic Restaurant Resort. With many types of restaurants such establishment, it is necessary to study the kind restaurant as what is said good especially foreign tourists, so it can be things that need to be repaired or maintained. In this case, Ethnic Restaurant Resort existing objects will be assessed based on factors tourist attraction, food products, services, infrastructure and security based on the assessment of 100 foreign tourists. This study was conducted in several Ethnic Restaurant Resort. Located in the district Parongpong and Lembang by using a descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, showed that good Ethnic Resort Restaurant is a restaurant that can provide comfort, tranquility and provide other facilities to obtain relaxation in order to relieve fatigue after a series of visits to other places exhausting, restaurants that deliver food taste good and the uniqueness of ethnic menu that they did not find in the region of origin, provide good service and supported the hospitality and attention will be much more than a waiter favored by foreign tourists, do interior and exterior are in accordance with existing athmosphere and environment as well as providing security best while visiting. Based on the results of hypothesis testing object type tourist attraction (X1), food products (X2), services (X3), infrastructure (X4), and security (X5) positive and significant effect on the interests of foreign tourist arrivals to Ethnic Restaurant Resort, either partially or as a whole.
