Abstract

Faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja perlu diperhatikan dalam pekerja maupun pembelajaran praktik di lapangan pekerjaan atau pun workshop banguna. Siswa-siswi diharapkan paham betul pentingnya pengetahuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, agar dapat diaplikasikan secara baik pada saat melaksanakan praktik di workshop bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Bagaimana gambaran pemahaman siswa kelas XII keahlian Kontruksi Batu Beton tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. 2) Bagaimana gambaran tingkat kedisiplinan siswa kelas XII keahlian Konstruksi Batu Beton pada pembelajaran praktik di Workshop Bangunan. 3) Seberapa besar kontribusi pemahaman keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kedisiplinan siswa dalam pembelajaran praktik di Workshop Bangunan. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan angket. Jumlah populasi 30 siswa kelas XII program keahlian Konstruksi Batu Beton. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hubungan yang terjadi antara kedua variabel tersebut signifikan. Gambaran umum pemahaman siswa tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sukabumi dapat dikategorikan pada kriteria baik. Sedangkan gambaran umum tentang tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dalam pembelajaran praktik di workshop bangunan termasuk pada kriteria sangat tinggi. Untuk pemahaman keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berkontribusi pada kedisiplinan siswa dalam pembelajaran praktik termasuk dalam kriteria cukup tinggi. Occupational health and safety factors need to be considered in the learning practice in employment or building workshop. Students are expected to understand well the importance of health and safety that can be applied either at the time of carrying out the practice in the workshop building. This study aims to determine 1) how is the understanding of class XII students concrete stone construction expertise on health and safety. 2) How is the level of class XII student discipline concrete stone construction expertise in practice learning in the workshop building. 3) The contribution of occupational health and safety understanding of the discipline of students in practice in the workshop building. Instrument for collecting data by using tests and questionnaires. Total population 30 students of class XII concrete stone construction skills program. From the results of data analysis of the relationship betweem these two variables significantly. General overview of students understanding of health and safety in high school vocational 1 Sukabumi can be categorized in either criteria. While the general idea of the level of discipline in the students learning in the practive of building workshop on criteria including excellent. For understanding health and safety contribute to the discipline of students in the practice of includingthe significant criteria.
