Abstract

Kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar merupakan salah satu aspek yang paling penting yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru. Namun, masalah yang sering dihadapi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran adalah memilih atau menentukan materi pembelajaran atau bahan ajar yang tepat dalam rangka membantu siswa mencapai kompetensi, baik Kompetensi Inti (KI) maupun Kompetensi Dasar (KD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengkaji informasi mengenai kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar pada proses pembelajaran PKn di kelas akselerasi, faktor – faktor yang menghambat kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn, serta upaya – upaya guru dan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn di kelas akselerasi SMAN 1 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn di kelas akselerasi SMAN 1 Banjarmasin terlihat dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn di kelas akselerasi SMAN 1 Banjarmasin meliputi : cara guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar, dan bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran PKn , serta cara mengajar guru yang mencakup metode dan model pembelajaran yang di pakai juga sudah baik. (2) Proses Pembelajaran PKn di kelas akselerasi SMAN 1 Banjarmasin meliputi guru menggunakan materi, metode , media, sumber, dan evaluasi yang bervariatif , diantarnya guru menggunakan metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan mengkolaborasikanya dengan beberapa model pembelajaan seperti debate, picture and picture dan example non example (3). Faktor penghambat kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn, meliputi : faktor internal (dalam diri guru) dan faktor eksternal (dari luar diri). (4) Upaya guru dan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran PKn di kelas akselerasi meliputi guru selalu berusaha mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kreativitasnya dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan – pelatihan,mengatur waktu sebaik mungkin dan membaca literature yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar. Sekolah juga selalu menfasilitas guru yang mengikuti pelatihan – pelatihan dan terus meningkatkan sarana dan porasarana di sekolah SMAN 1 Banjarmasin.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada guru untuk terus meningkatkan kreativitas secara maksimal dan selalu berusah untuk meningkatkan ilmu dan keterampilan dalam pengembangan potensi pedagogik yang harus dibantu oleh pihak sekolah dalam menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Teacher creativity in establishing the course of study in civic education learning process is one of important aspect that a teacher should have, but the common problem a teacher usually encounters is choosing or determining the course of study which exactly suited in helping students to achieve their competence, either core competence or basic competence. Things that involved in determining which kind of course of study desired are how to choose the type of course, the scope of the course of study, the sequence on how to present the course, and treatment between the course involved with the sequence related on the how to present the course.Another problem which is usually encountered is the tendency of the source of course of study focused on reference books. This research main purpose is to study and examine knowledge about teacher creativity in establishing the course of study of civic education learning process in high school acceleration class, factors that prevent teacher creativities in establishing the course, and efforts that teachers and schools needed to improve teacher creativities in establishing the course of study of civic education learning process in high school acceleration class at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin. Approach which is used in this research is qualitatively method of case of study to discover and comprehend the facts that occurred intensively and deeply related to phenomena above. Data and information acquisition techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation study. Results that this research discovers are, (1) Teacher creativity in establishing the course of study in civic education learning process in high school acceleration class at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin is good enough, such as teacher’s knowledge about the course, the functions of the course of study, kind of the course used in learning process and the teaching method and learning model that teachers used are good enough.(2). Factors which prevent teacher creativities in establishing the course of study in civic education learning process in high school acceleration class at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin are internal factors which include laziness, self-satisfaction, health or medical condition, education background, weariness, and etc. next are external factor)\ which include the environment around and problems come from school facilities. (3) efforts that school and teachers needed to improve teacher creativities in establishing the course of study in civic education learning process in high school acceleration class at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin.
