Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung 2015. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi yang membuat meledaknya informasi yang tersedia dengan berbagai macam format dan dengan berbagai macam sumber. Masalah yang ditujukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kontribusi koleksi e-Journals perpustakaan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang aksesibilitas koleksi e-Journals di Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka, (2) untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kecepatan akses koleksi e-Journals di Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka, (3) untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kemudahan koleksi e-Journals di Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemustaka yang berkunjung ke Perpustakaan ITB dengan sample 100 orang yang ditentukan dengan tehnik Accidental Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitaif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan untuk pengelolahan data menggunakan deskriptif dan korelasi. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi koleksi e-Journlas terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pemustaka digunakan rumus Pearson product moment. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa: (1) secara garis besar aksesibilitas koleksi e-Journals di Perpustakaan ITB tergolong dalam kategori baik; (2) kecepatan akses koleksi e-Journals termasuk dalam kategori baik dan (3) Kemudahan akurasi koleksi e-Journals termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa koleksi e-Journlas perpustakaan berkontribusi sangat kuat terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Saran dalam penelitian ini, sebaiknya pemustaka dapat melakukan pencarian koleksi e-Journlas perpustakaan berdasarkan kata kunci berupa judul dan subjek agar mendapatkan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. This research is conducted to find an adequate response to the development of science and information technology that makes the explosion of information available at a variety of formats and with a variety of sources. Problems addressed in this study is how the contribution of e-Journals library collection works to meet the needs of information use. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) a description of the accessibility of collection of e-Journals in the library of ITB in meeting the information needs, (2) a description of the access speed of the e-Journals collection at the Library of the Institute of Technology Bandung in meeting users information needs, (3) a pictute of the ease of e-Journals collection in the Library of the Institute of Technology Bandung in meeting users. The population in this study is users who find access to e-Journals collection ITB Library with a sample 100 people who are determined by incidental sampling technique. The method used in this research is descriptif method with quantitative approach. Questions as research instruments where used processusing deskriptive and correlation. Methods determine the contribution of e-Journals collection to meet the needs of user information. Pearson product moment formula was used. From the analysis of the data it is shohwes that: (1) an outline of the accessibility of the collection of e-Journals in the Library of ITB falls into the category of adequate, (2) the speed of access to the collection of e-Journals falls into the category of adequate, and (3) Ease to the accuracy of access the collection of e-Journlas falls into the category of adequate. It can be concluded that the collection of e-Journals of ITB Library contrubutes verry strongly to the fulfillment of user in getting the information needed. The suggestion of this result is, it would be better if the users can search e-Journals library collection based on key words such as the title or subject to get information related to the needs.
