Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job embeddedness dengan turnover intention pada pemimpin lini di Bank X. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 80 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen job embeddedness yang dimodifikasi oleh penulis dari instrumen job embeddedness Holtom et al (2006) dan Mitchell et al (2001); dan instrumen turnover intention yang dikembangkan oleh penulis dari teori Mobley et al. (1978). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik analisis spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara job embeddedness dengan turnover intetion pada pemimpin lini di Bank X. The research aim is to discover the relationship between job embeddedness with turnover intention on the line leaders of Bank X. The method was a correlation with 80 research subjects. Data retrieval is performed by using job Embeddedness instrument which is modified by the writer from job embeddednes instrument by Holtom et al. (1978) and Mitchell et al. (2001); and turnover intention instrument which is further developed by the writer from Mobley et al. (1978). Data analysis was conduct using spearman rank correlation technique. The research result shows that there is a negative and significant relations between job embeddedness with turnover intention at line leaders of Bank X.
