Abstract

Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalaha bagaimana Young Entrepreneur Academy Bandung membangun perilaku wirausaha pemuda melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan. Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA) adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang mendidik serta melatih pesertanya untuk dipersiapkan mental serta keilmuan dalam dunia Entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1)Memperoleh gambaran pengelolaan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di YEABandung dalam membangun perilaku wirausaha pemuda, 2)Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembangunan perilaku wirausaha pemuda melalui pelatihan di YEA Bandung, 3)Mendeskripsikan perilaku peserta pelatihan setelah mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pemuda di YEABandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dan analisis data dilakukan secara bersamaan, dan untuk menambah kredibilitas data maka dilakukan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang yaitu: 1 orang pengelola, 1 orang fasilitator, 3 orang peserta, dan 3 orang alumni.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1)Pengelolaan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di Young Entrepreneur Academy Bandung telah terancang dengan sistematis dan sejalan dengan konsep. 2)Faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembangunan perilaku wirausaha pemuda melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan di YEA terdiri dari dua aspek, yaitu aspek internal dan aspek eksternal 3)Perilaku peserta pelatihan setelah mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pemuda di YEA telah memiliki beberapa ciri khas seorang wirausaha atau perilaku wirusaha.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA) memiliki rancangan pengelolaan pelatihan yang sangat sistematis merujuk pada kesejalannya dengan konsep. Dalam implementasi pelatihannya, YEA sangat memperhatikan beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pembangunan perilaku wirausaha peserta, faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembangunan perilaku wirausaha pemuda melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan di YEA terdiri dari dua aspek, yaitu aspek internal temperamen, watak, pikiran, perasaan, pertimbangan dan sikap yang sudah dimiliki oleh peserta pelatihan. Dan aspek eksternal Cultural Difference, Knowledge, Organizational Behavior. Kemudian, perilaku wirausaha terlihat jelas dari kepribadian yang produktif dari peserta pelatihan setelah mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pemuda di YEA yaitu alumni. Mereka merupakan seseorang yang imajinatif, inovatif, bertanggung jawab, dan responsive dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain. Selain itu, alumni juga telah memiliki ciri khas seorang wirausaha. Focus problem in this research is how Young Entrepreneur Academy Bandung build entrepreneurial behavior of youth through entrepreneurial training. Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA) is a non-formal educational institutions that educate and train participants to be prepared mentally as well as scientific knowledge in the world of Entrepreneurship. This research aims to 1) Acquire an overview of managing training that was held in YEA Bandung in building behavior entrepreneurial of youth, 2) Describe the factors that affect the behavior of the youth entrepreneurial development through training in YEA Bandung 3) Describe the behavior of the participants after following the entrepreneurial training for youth in YEA Bandung. The methods used in this study is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation study. In this research data collection and analysis of data was done simultaneously, and to add to the credibility of the data then do triangulation techniques and sources. The subject in this study amounted to 8 persons, 1 Manager, 1 facilitator, 3 participants, and 3 alumni. The results of this research are 1) Management training at the Young Entrepreneur Academy Bandung pre-arranged with systematically and in line with the concept. 2) factors affecting entrepreneurial behavior in development of youth through entrepreneurial training in YEA consists of two aspects, the internal aspects and the external aspect 3) participants Behavior After following the entrepreneurial training for youth in the YEA have had some characteristics of an entrepreneur or wirusaha behaviour. Conclusion of this research is the Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA) has drafted a very systematic training management refers to the aplication with the concept. In the course of implementation, YEA very pay attention to several factors that can affect the development of entrepreneurial behavior participants, factors affecting entrepreneurial behavior in development of youth through entrepreneurial training in YEA consists of two aspects, namely the internal aspects of temperament, character, thoughts, feelings, concerns and attitudes that are shared by the participants. External aspects and Cultural Difference, Knowledge, Organizational Behavior. Then, entrepreneurial behavior is clearly visible from a productive personality of trainees after following the entrepreneurial training for youth in YEA IE alumni. They are someone who is imaginative, innovative, responsible, and responsive in dealing with others. In addition, the alumni also have had the characteristic of an entrepreneur.
