Abstract

Dimensi produk uji kompetensi keahlian yang melebihi toleransi tidak diberi nilai oleh industri, sedangkan oleh penilaian BSNP masih diberi nilai, yang menjadikan kurang relevannya antara kedua penilaian tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas dimensi produk uji kompetensi keahlian di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung, dan menghasilkan format penilaian kualitas dimensi produk hasil uji kompetensi, yang sesuai dengan standar di industri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif, dengan populasi 127 produk dari empat kelas yang mengikuti uji kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan, proses pembubutan tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 40 produk yang diambil secara random, dari masing-masing kelas diambil 10 produk. Sampel yang diambil diukur dengan jangka sorong digital pada sembilan dimensi dan dengan jangka sorong analog dengan ketelitian 0,05 mm pada satu dimensi. Pengerjaan yang diukur meliputi membubut panjang, membubut diameter dan mengebor. Hasil dari pengukuran dinilai dengan tiga penilaian yaitu penilaian BSNP, go/no go dan industri yang diperhalus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan antara standar dan hasil penilaian industri dengan penilaian BSNP, dimana produk yang memenuhi standar untuk penilaian industri adalah 20 %, sedangkan penilaian BSNP 62,5% untuk penilaian yang diambil dengan tingkat resiko 70%. Dari penelitian ini juga telah dihasilkan format dengan standar penilaian uji kompetensi keahlian, yang relevan dengan standar penilaian di industri. This research aims to describe the quality of the product dimension Skills Competency Test in vocational high school 6 Bandung and produce format dimensional quality assessment products Competency Test results are in accordance with the standards in the industry. The method used in this research is descriptive with a population of 127 products of the four classes that follow Skills Competency Test Engineering Machining process of turning the school year 2013/2014. Samples were taken as many as 40 products are taken at random from each class were taken 10 products. Samples taken was measured with a digital caliper on nine dimensions and analog with accuracy of 0.05 mm in one dimension. Workmanship measured include turning of long, turning of diameter and drilling. The results of the measurements was assessed by three assessment, namely assessment BSNP, go/no go and refined industry. The results of this research was indicated that there is differences in standards and assessment results between BSNP’s assessment with industries assessment, where products that meet industry standards for assessment is 20%, whereas for the assessment BSNP 62.5% for the judgments made by the risk level of 70%. This research also have been produced with a standard format competency skills assessment test that is relevant to the assessment standards in the industry and shows
