Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry pada KD memelihara roda dan ban dan (2) peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry pada KD memelihara roda. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan beberapa tahapan, yakni; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas XI TKR 6 SMK Negeri 6 Bandung pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi keaktifan belajar siswa, dan lembar tes berupa pre test dan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) adanya peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, khususnya pada aspek; keinginan siswa menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif, keterlibatan siswa mencari dan memanfaatkan sumber belajar, serta keterlibatan siswa melakukan prakarsa dan (2) adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kategori sedang. This research aims to determine: (1) improve students learning activity with implementation of inquiry learning model at basic competence to maintain wheels and tires and (2) improve student learning outcome with implementation of inquiry learning model at basic competence to maintain wheels. This research used classroom action research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) design which held in two cycles with several stages, specifically; planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research held in XI TKR 6 SMK Negeri 6 Bandung classroom at even semester of 2014/2015 academic year. Research instrument that used is observationform implementation of learning, student’s activeness observation form, and form test of pre test and post test. Indicate result of research; (1) have improve students learning activity on category very high, in particular aspect; wish students make condition of condusive study, involvement students to search and exploit study information, and involvement students to make initiative and (2) have improve student learning out come on category medium.
