Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan teknologi menimbulkan pergeseran tatanan kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga berdampak pada kecenderungan sikap pasif, individualistis, dan kurang memiliki mental sosial. Sama halnyapada siswa SMP yang cenderung kurang memilikirasa kerja sama. Maka pemilihan penerapan metode pembelajaran Collective Paintingmampu menumbuhkan kerja sama sekaligus membangun kreativitas siswa.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil penerapan metode pembelajaran Collective Painting.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Subang. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX ATahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan penerapan metode pembelajaranCollective Paintingdisusun sesuai dengan tahapan proses perencanaan. Kemudian, penerapan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua kali proses. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya ketidakpuasan siswa terhadap karya pertama sehingga siswa membuat karya lukis Collective Paintingyang kedua. Hasil keduanya menunjukkan perbedaan pada unsur kesatuan antar karya dan meningkatnya kreativitas siswa.Kreativitas tersebut didapatkan dari hasil eksplorasi teknik melukis yang dilatarbelakangi oleh komunikasi antar siswa. The increasing needs for technology cause a shift life order of society, which impacted on the tendency of passivity, individualistic, and lack of social mentally. As well the JuniorHighSchool students who tend to lack a sense of cooperation. Then selecting the application of Collective Painting learning methods was able to grow teamwork as well as build and developing the students' creativity. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning, execution, and results of the application learning methods Collective Painting. This research method is a descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Location of the study carried out in SMP Negeri 1 Subang. The object of this research is the students of class IX A academic year 2013/2014. The data was collected using interviews techniques, observation, and study documentation. The research concluded that the planning application of Collective Painting learning methods has been prepared in accordance with the stages of the planning process. Then, the implementation lasted in two times processing. This is due to the dissatisfaction of students against the first work so that students create second Collective Painting works. The results showed a difference in both the unity element between the work and increasing student’s creativity. Creativity was obtained from the results of the exploration of painting techniques was motivated by communication among students.
