Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi kesesuaian komponen pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan dengan standar Permendikbud nomor 65 tahun 2013 yang meliputi: rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan model evaluasi kesenjangan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap telaah standar, tahap deskripsi penampakan di lapangan, dan tahap komparasi penampakan dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Subjek ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 2 orang guru dan 10 orang peserta didik keterampilan Tata Busana. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumetasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, dan lembar dokumentasi. Validasi instrumen menggunakan metode Expert Judgement. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan credibility, transferability, dependability dan confirmability. Teknik analisis data dengan model analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman dengan empat kegiatan pokok: data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verifyin. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdapat kesenjangan pada komponen tujuan pembelajaran, materi belajar, strategi pembelajaran, pemilihan media dan sumber belajar, dan penilaian; 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdapat kesenjangan pada komponen kegiatan inti yaitu penerapan strategi pembelajaran, pemanfaatan media dan sumber belajar, penggunaan bahasa yang tepat dan benar. 3). Penilaian proses dan hasil pembelajaran terdapat kesenjangan yaitu belum melakukan penilaian ranah afektif. Secara keseluruhan, ada kesenjangan antara pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan Tata Busana pada Madrash Aliyah dengan standar proses Permendikbud RI nomor 65 tahun 2013. The purpose of study is to evaluate the suitability of the component implementation of learning fashion design skills with Permendikbud standard number 65 of 2013 which include: lesson plan, the implementation of learning, and assessment of learning. The study was an evaluation research using a qualitetive descriptive approach. The evaluation model used in this research was discrepancy evaluation model with three phases: standard analysis, description of the actual performances in the field, and comparison between the actual performances and the established standards. The subject was determined by using purposive sampling technique that consists of 2 teachers and 10 students of fashion design skills. The data were collected by using interview technique, observation technique, and documentation study. The data collection instrument were interview sheets, observation sheets, and documentation sheets. Validation of the instruments was conducted by using Expert Judgment. The validity of the data was obtained by the credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability. Data analysis techniques were the use of the interactive model Miles & Huberman with four main activities: Data collection, data reduction, the data display, and conclusion drawing/verifyin. The findings of this study were: 1). For Lesson plan there was a gap in learning objectives, learning materials, learning strategies, media selection and learning resources, and assessment; 2). For Implementation of learning there is a gap in the core activities of the components, namely the application of learning strategies, use of media and learning resources, use appropriate language and correct. 3). For Assessment processes and learning outcomes there is a gap that is yet to assess the affective domain. Overall, there is a gap between the implementation of learning fashion design skills in Madrash Aliyah to the standard process Permendikbud RI number 65 in 2013.
