Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena maraknya tindakan kekerasan yang dimunculkan siswa. Penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi perilaku agresif siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti interview schedules, self check-list, dan questionnaires. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles and Huberman (1984) melalui langkah-langkah: 1) Periode pengumpulan data; 2) reduksi data; 3) Display data; dan 4) verifikasi. Dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus ini ditentukan empat unit analisis siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2012/2013 sebagai subjek dengan cara purposive sampling. Profil perilaku agresif siswa berdasarkan tiga tema, yaitu latar belakang, bentuk perilaku agresif, dan pemicu perilaku agresif. Hasil penelitian dibahas untuk mendeskripsikan profil perilaku agresif pada siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada (1) siswa untuk untuk memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mendapatkan dukungan sosial dan mengendalikan perilaku agresif; (2); orang tua untuk memberikan pengawasan, dan perhatian lebih bagi siswa yang berperilaku agresif; (3) guru BK di sekolah untuk memberikan upaya bantuan mengembangkan siswa semacam mengalihkan perilaku agresif ke arah yang lebih positif, serta melakukan identifikasi dini gejala perilaku agresif prokrastinasi siswa di sekolah; (4) peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan program sesuai implikasi profil perilaku agresif siswa, mengujicobakan keefektifan layanan bimbingan dan konseling pribadi dan sosial. This research is motivated phenomenon of rampant acts of violence that appear student. The study aims to explore the students' aggressive behavior. The approach used is qualitative research, the case study method. The instrument used in this study such as interview schedules, self check-lists, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in the study using the model developed by Miles and Huberman (1984) through the following steps: 1) The period of data collection; 2) data reduction; 3) Display the data; and 4) verification. In qualitative research case study method was determined four units of analysis in class XI student of SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi 2012-2013 school year as a subject by purposive sampling. Aggressive behavior profiles of students based on three themes, namely, the form of aggressive behavior, aggressive behavior triggers, and backgrounds of students who behave aggressively. The results of the study are discussed to describe aggressive behavior in the student profile. Research recommendations addressed to (1) for the students to have a strong desire to obtain social support and control of aggressive behavior; (2); parents to provide supervision, and special attention to students who behave aggressively; (3) Counselor in schools to provide some sort of relief effort to develop students' aggressive behavior shifted to a more positive direction, as well as to identify early symptoms of aggressive behavior of students in the school; (4) further research to develop appropriate programs implications of aggressive behavior profiles of students, tested the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services of personal and social.
