Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru”. Masalah yang dibahas yaitu seberapa besar Persepsi Guru tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah memberi pengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Secara umum tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai oleh penulis yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai Persepsi Guru tentang kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan respondennya Guru yang berjumlah 34 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum menggunakan WMS menunjukkan Persepsi Guru tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 2,66 dan Kinerja Mengajar Guru termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,32. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Analisis korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 0,372 artinya kedua variabel pada tingkat hubungan rendah namun terdapat hubungan yang positif. Hasil uji signifikansi korelasi dengan uji-t pada variabel X terhadap Y diperoleh > dari (2,270 > 1,86) artinya koefisien korelasi yang ditemukan adalah signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu variabel X memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 13,9% sedangkan sisanya 86,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SMK SMIP YPPT Bandung. In general, the research objectives to be achieved by the writer is to obtain a clear picture of Teacher Perceptions of leadership employed by leaders that headmaster of SMK SMIP YPPT effect on teachers' performance in implementing its duties. This research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire and respondents Teachers who numbered 34 people as samples. The result of the calculation using the general trend Weighted Score Means (WMS) showed that the Teacher Perceptions of Leadership Headmaster included in both categories with an average score of 2.66 and Teaching Performance Teachers included in the excellent category with an average score of 3.32. Results of normality test showed that the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Analysis of the correlation between the variable X to Y of 0.372 means that the two variables at a low correlation level but there is a positive relationship. Results of significance test correlation with the t-test on the variable X to Y is obtained > of (2.270 > 1.86) means the correlation coefficients found were significant (can be applied to a population in which the sample was taken). Continued by calculating the coefficient of determination. The result of the determination coefficient of variable X to give effect to the variable Y by 13.9% while the remaining 86.1% is influenced by other factors. Based on these results, we can conclude that there is a positive and significant relationship between Teacher Perceptions About Leadership Headmaster And Its Effect on Performance Teaching Teachers in Vocational SMIP YPPT Bandung.
