Abstract
Dikeu Agustinova (2014) Profil Kesulitan Membuat Keputusan Karier Peserta Didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dan Implikasinya bagi Pengembangan Program Bimbingan dan Konseling
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena kesulitan membuat keputusan karier peserta didik SMK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui gambaran kesulitan membuat keputusan karier peserta didik kelas XI SMK Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara tahun ajaran 2014/2015, dan (2) mengembangkan program bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan gambaran kesulitan membuat keputusan karier peserta didik SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan sampel penelitian menggunakan Sample Random Sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum kesulitan membuat keputusan karier peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang.

Dikeu Agustinova (2014) Profile of Difficulties Career Decision Making Students Vocational School (SMK) and Implications for Development Program Guidance and Counseling
This research focus on the phenomenon of difficulty career decisions making by the student. The purpose of this research is (1) reveal the difficulty of career decision making by the student of class XI SMK Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara school year 2014/2015, and (2) develop guidance and counseling program based on the description of the difficulty career decision making. This research used a quantitative approach and descriptive methods. The research used Sample Random Sampling. Thus, the data was analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Generally, the results of the research showed that the difficulty career decisions making of the students was in middle category.
