Abstract
Proses pembelajaran Konstruksi Bangunan di SMK Negeri 9 Garut sebagian besar berpusat pada guru sehingga jarang sekali pembelajaran menggunakan proses diskusi. Salah satu model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan proses diskusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini membandingkan dua model pembelajaran kooperatif yaitu jigsaw dan learning together. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara jigsaw dan learning together yang pada dasarnya memiliki perlakuan setara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre experimental design (quasi experiment) dengan bentuk desain static group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa TGB SMK 9 Garut tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Sampel yang merupakan siswa kelas X terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen 1 (menerapkan model pembelajaran jigsaw) dan kelas eksperimen 2 (menerapkan model pembelajaran LT). Hasil penelitian diambil dari nilai pretest dan posttest yang kemudian dihitung dan dianalisis sehingga di dapat hasil untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar berdasarkan N-Gain. Hasil perhitungan N-Gain dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan kelas learning together dan kelas jigsaw pada materi utilitas. Rata-rata gain kelas learning together lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata gain kelas jigsaw. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji t-dua pihak, dimana t hitung = 18.86 > t tabel = 2.68. Learning process of building construction subject at SMKN 9 Garut mostly centered on the teacher so it is rare that learning process get through discussion. One of the learning model is by applying cooperative learning. This research compares two cooperative learning models which are jigsaw and learning together. This purpose of the research is to discover if there is a difference between jigsaw and learning together although both of them have a similar treatment. Research method that was used is pre experimental design (quasi experiment) with static group pretest-posttest design. In this research, sampling method that is used is purposive sampling. The research population is students of Architecture Engineering at SMKN 9 Garut. The sample are X grade students which are first experiment class that use jigsaw learning model and second experiment class that use learning together model. The outcomes of this research are based on pretest and posttest that is being analyzed so there would be increase of learning outcomes based on N-gain value. N-Gain calculation results can be seen that there are different between class learning together and class jigsaw on the utility subject. The average gain of class learning together is higher than the average gain of the jigsaw class. This is supported by the results of calculations using t-test two tail, where t count = 18.86 > t table = 2.68.
