Abstract

Akademi Tata Boga Bandung menerapkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yaitu disiplin, jujur, ramah dan pembentukan karakter mahasiswanya, yang ditunjukkan sikap wirausaha mahasiswanya. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh metode mengajar terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan sikap wirausaha secara parsial maupun simultan pada mahasiswa di Akademi Tata Boga Bandung. Penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan berupa analisis dekriptif dan asosiatif dengan mempergunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa penerapan metode mengajar di Akademi Tata Boga Bandung termasuk kategori tinggi, motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa Akademi Tata Boga Bandung termasuk kategori tinggi, dan sikap wirausaha mahasiswa Akademi Tata Boga Bandung termasuk kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis asosiatif bahwa pengujian hipotesis pengaruh metode mengajar terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan sikap wirausaha mahasiswa di Akademi Tata Boga Bandung menunjukkan bahwa sikap wirausaha mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh metode mengajar secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi intrinsik. Akademi Tata Boga Bandung apply entrepreneurial values that is disciplined, honest, friendly and character formation of students, students demonstrated entrepreneurial attitude. Study is to examine and analyze the effect of teaching method on intrinsic motivation and entrepreneurial attitude partially or simultaneously to students in Akademi Tata Boga Bandung. The study used a quantitative descriptive analysis and associative by using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis it is known that the application of the method of teaching at the Akademi Tata Boga Bandung were high, intrinsic motivation Akademi Tata Boga Bandung students were high, and entrepreneurial attitude Akademi Tata Boga Bandung students were high. The results of testing the hypothesis that the associative analysis of the effect of teaching method on intrinsic motivation and entrepreneurial attitudes of students in Akademi Tata Boga Bandung shows that the entrepreneurial attitude of students is significantly influenced by the teaching methods directly and indirectly through intrinsic motivation.
