Abstract

Penguatan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) merupakan salah satu jawaban bagi pendidikan di SMK untuk mengatasi masalah ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pembekalan kompetensi kewirausahaan diarahkan untuk mempersiapkan anak didik dalam rangka menciptakan lapangan kerja, mengentaskan masalah pengangguran, kemiskinan, keterpurukan ekonomi dan secara politis dapat mengangkat harkat dan martabat sebagai bangsa yang mandiri. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan diindikasikan akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Untuk menumbuhkan motivasi siswa agar tercapainya lulusan yang memiliki keterampilan, nilai, sikap, wawasan dan pengetahuan hingga dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja yang baru atau berwirausaha maka pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang tepat harus diterapkan di SMK dan dengan pembelajaran yang tepat dapat menumbuhkan motivasi siswa agar siswa lebih tertarik untuk mendirikan usaha sendiri daripada bekerja pada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh gambaran pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Widya Dirgantara, 2) untuk memperoleh gambaran motivasi berwirausaha di SMK Widya Dirgantara, 3) untuk memperoleh besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha di SMK Widya Dirgantara. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan Teknik Sepeda Motor SMK Widya Dirgantara. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan motivasi berwirausaha sebagai variabel tidak bebas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 71 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Artinya secara keseluruhan dan individu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat gambaran bahwa 1) pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Widya Dirgantara Bandung sudah dilakukan dengan baik, 2) motivasi berwirausaha di SMK Widya Dirgantara Bandung termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, 3) pembelajarna kewirausahaan berpengaruh kuat terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Reinforcement learning Entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) is one answer for vocational education to address employment issues in Indonesia. That is because the debriefing of entrepreneurial competencies geared to prepare students in order to create jobs, alleviate the problem of unemployment, poverty, economic and political deterioration can raise the dignity as an independent nation. Indicated entrepreneurial learning will affect the entrepreneurial motivation. To motivate students to achieve graduates who have the skills, values, attitudes, insights and knowledge to be able to create new jobs or self-employed entrepreneurial learning right then to be applied in vocational and with appropriate learning can motivate students so that the students are more interested in establish their own business rather than working for others. This study aims to 1) obtain a picture of entrepreneurial learning in SMK Widya Dirgantara 2) to obtain a picture of entrepreneurship in SMK Widya Dirgantara motivation , 3) to find out the effect on the motivation of entrepreneurial learning entrepreneurship in SMK Widya Dirgantara. Object of this study was student of class XI CMS Motorcycle Engineering Department SMK Widya Dirgantara. The independent variable of this study is entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation as the dependent variable. This type of research is descriptive and verification, as well as the method used is explanatory survey with random sampling techniques, with a sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS computer software tools 21.0. From the results of research to test the hypothesis can be seen that entrepreneurial learning has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. This means that as a whole and the individual there is a significant effect on the motivation of entrepreneurial learning entrepreneurship. In this research, the evidence shows that 1) entrepreneurial learning in SMK Widya Dirgantara Bandung is well done, 2) motivation entrepreneurship in SMK Widya Dirgantara Bandung included in the high category, 3) entrepreneurial pembelajarna strong influence on entrepreneurial motivation.
