Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian fasilitas dan tenaga ahli laboratorium komputer di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung berdasarkan standar yang dipersyaratkan oleh Permendiknas No. 24 Tahun 2007 dan No. 26 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan cara pengamatan langsung, angket dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan checklist yang digunakan pada saat observasi dengan skala penilaian model Rating Scale dan pada instrumen angket dengan skala Guttman. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel berstrata (Sratifed Sampling). Data diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan Permendiknas No. 24 Tahun 2007 Mengenai Standar Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah Menengah Atas dan No. 26 Tahun 2008 Mengenai Standar Tenaga Laboratorium Sekolah Menengah Atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian ditinjau dari prasarana laboratorium komputer yaitu pada segi Luas ruang laboratorium komputer adalah 65% (layak). Sarana laboratorium komputer berdasarkan aspek: (1) tingkat kelayakan ditinjau dari perabot laboratorium komputer adalah 96% (sangat layak), (2) tingkat kelayakan ditinjau dari peralatan pendidikan laboratorium komputer adalah 74 % (layak), (3) tingkat kelayakan ditinjau dari media pendidikan laboratorium komputer adalah 100% (sangat layak), dan (4) tingkat kelayakan ditinjau perangkat lain pada laboratorium komputer adalah 86% (sangat layak). Kualifikasi tenaga ahli laboratorium komputer yang belum memenuhi standar kelayakan ditinjau berdasarkan: (1) kualifikasi pada kepala laboratorium komputer lebih dari setengah aspek telah mencapai standar kelayakan. (2) kualifikasi pada laboran laboratorium komputer hanya setengah aspek yang mencapai standar kelayakan. Kompetensi tenaga ahli laboratorium komputer telah memenuhi standar kelayakan ditinjau berdasarkan: (1) kompetensi pada kepala laboratorium komputer semua aspek telah mencapai standar kelayakan, (2) kompetensi pada laboran laboratorium komputer semua askpek telah mencapai standar kelayakan. This study aims to determine the extent of the feasibility of the facility and computer lab skilled staff in SMA Bandung based on standards required by Permendiknas No. 24 Tahun 2007 and No. 26 Tahun 2008. This research is an evaluative research using descriptive evaluation method. The data were gathered using observation, interview, and questionnaire. A checklist research instrument with Gutmman scale was used when observation took place. The sampling technique is done by using a stratified sampling method (sratifed sampling). The obtained data was then compared with the standards set by Permendiknas No. 24 Tahun 2007 regarding the Standard of Infrastructure at Senior High School and Permendiknas No. 26 Tahun 2008 concerning the Standard of Skilled-staff in Laboratory at Senior High School . The results revealed that the level of achievement in terms of the feasibility of the space computer laboratory infrastructure that was 65 % (feasible). The aspect of the computer laboratory facilities are: (1) the feasibility in computer lab furniture was 96 % (very decent); (2) the feasibility of educational computer lab equipment is 74 % (decent); (3) the feasibility of media educational computer lab is 100 % (very decent); and ( 4 ) the feasibility of other supporting devices in the computer lab was 86 % (very decent). The qualifications of computer lab staff who do not meet required standards are reviewed in its: (1) more than half qualification of the feasibility standard of the head of the computer lab has been reached; (2) merely half of qualifications of the eligibility standards in computer lab laboratory aspects have been fulfilled. The eligibility standards of the competences of expert computer laboratory have been realized, which are reviewed based on: (1) the fulfillment of the required standard by the head of the computer lab; (2) the fulfillment of the required standard by the staff of the computer lab
